I placed the order to the wrong address. I try to amend it within a minute. No customer service contact number, so emailed from my mobile directly not from Gmail. No response.
Copied the email address and sent several emails asking to cancel the order or to amend the delivery address. I was told to go and pick up my parcel from the wrong delivery address or the address mistakenly entered or asked someone to do it. I clearly explain I no longer lived in that address for the last 2 years. They keep emailing the same BS... £49 lost and no delivery...
What I found appalling WAS /IS the INEPT and UNWILLING attitudes.

Väldigt missnöjd med hur allt är skött. Jag beställde ett par byxor i bra tid då jag skulle ha de vid ett speciellt tillfälle så att jag hade tid att byta storlek eller fundera på andra alternativ. Leveransen var beräknad på mellan 5-8 dagar men kom efter två veckor… Byxorna passade inte och jag tänkte försöka igen med ny storlek och kände att det paket borde ha hunnit komma innan det tillfälle jag skulle ha dem. Även detta paket kom väldigt försent… Jag ville nu returnera varorna då jag inte längre hade användning för dem och hörde av mig till kundtjänst om jag var tvungen att stå för returkostnaden när de inte hade hållit det dem lovade. Det behövde jag.. Frågade då om jag kunde få lämna tillbaka båda paren byxor i samma paket så jag endast behövde betala för en retur, det fick jag inte.. Så nu behöver jag betala 150kr i retur för varor som jag inte kunde använda då de kom över en vecka efter lovat datum…

Riktigt blufföretag. Gjorde en retur och fick för det första betala frakten (75kr) sen när de väl tagit emot returen ska jag betala frakten igen?! Handla inte av detta företag går ej att få tag på heller då de säger att min order ej existerar. SX102013933 Snälla betala tillbaka min dubbla kostnad.

De plus impossible de contacter le service client : il faut inscrire le numéro de commande pour pouvoir écrire un mail et le service ne trouve plus le numéro de commande (comme par hasard) Donc impossible d'effectuer une réclamation - Cela fait 22 jours que j'attends mon remboursement : Toujours rien... I reviewed these guys initially because they sent the wrong size and refused my request to replace the item. Now i sent items for a refund, I sent most of the order back due to terrible quality, and items returned worth GBP 77 THEY REFUNDED ME ONLY GBP59. These guys are complete scammers. I will be posting on other SM too and raising a dispute with my bank. Bohooare crocks

Articles de mauvaise qualité, retour donc… mais retour payant (3e) + ne remboursent pas au prix. Je reçois un avis de remboursement avec 15e d’écart!!! Honteux ils gardent de l’argent sur les commandes donc. Je suis en cours de réclamation avec eux. 1 ere et donc dernière commande!

I ordered 6 items,when my package came in I only saw 4 items out of the 6 items i ordered. I reached out to the customer care team and they informed me they will check there cameras during packaging to see if they packed all the items, the team reached out to me and said there staff packed all my items in the bag! Package came in and I can’t find two of my items and they are saying nothing about it! Telling me it was packed so did the items mysteriously disappear! They collect your money and don't even send the product! Ridiculous

The item was faulty.
Very disappointed with how the product is.
Before sending anything out to any customer, they should check the items to see if there in good condition.

Sizes are terrible, clothes look nothing like the photos.

I ordered a few tops from them and it was a complete shambles. The tops came dirty, faulty and the wrong colour. I waited over the 21 days they state for a refund and I continue to still wait.

Paid 4 next day delivery last Fri 13th January and still waiting 4 parcel on the 19th they keep telling me 2 check tracking we evri its coming tomorrow but still waiting 4 the parcel asked 4 refund won't reply 2 that won't order again from them they should be asking evri where my parcel is.what I ordered was 4 q special day so thought would be here 0n the 14th as that what I paid 4 next day delivery they should take responsibility

Useless and patronising customer service. My parcel has been lost and they refused to send a replacement. They keep replying like robots to wait that my parcel could still be delivered. Don’t waste your time!

Lätt att beställa och snabb leverans (knappt en vecka). Var också mycket nöjd med den kaftan jag hade beställt.

Jag beställde en pyjamas som jag tvättat precis som jag alltid gör när jag beställer online. Har fått kuddfodral och lakan missfärgat samt att jag fått färg på kroppen av textilfärgen från plagget.
Usel kvalite och när jag tänkt att jag ska få en lösning så har jag på det ungefär 24 st mailslingor där jag bett om hjälp där kundservice skrivit hur ledsna de är samt att ärendet lyfta vidare för utredning.
Det komiska är att jag väntat i snart en månad där jag som konsument ska behöva påminna och frustrerat fråga efter hjälp.

Det är inte värt pengarna att lägga för att få missfärgade och skada på egendom.

Om någon ens läser detta från bohoo så är mitt ordernummer: SX101840100 och jag inväntar fortfarande en lösning där det minsta jag förväntar mig är en återbetalning av plagget och ersättning för kuddfodral och lakan som inte blivit återställda efter tvätt!

Jag är trött på att gång på gång få en återkoppling från olika agenter som skickar olika standardsvar om hur mycket de beklagar. Att beklaga kan man göra en, max två gånger. Efter det förväntar man sig en jädra lösning.

Giving them the opportunity to sort out a complaint regarding Burton transactions and it's like going around in circles yet again. Asked for evidence of the refund and they just ignore it and blame bank.
Numerous responses from them all with a different story, transation failed, computer problem, then one person saying it hasn't been paid correctly, then other saying it has. Sort out your customer service. I will not be ordering from.Burtons or DP again.
Such a waste of my time.
