I ordered a necklace beginning of January. It was supposed to be delivered in the week of the 16th. It is now February 9th and I still haven't received my package. The delivery date is constantly being changed on their website so I have no idea if I will ever get my package. I sent Boho an email about this end of January but I haven't got a reply.
It's been two months and my dress is still not delivered. Luckily, I received a suggestion that I should contact my bank, and they can get my money back. I thought it was too late as it has been two months, but my bank managed to get me back my money in 7 days. I am so happy. I will never buy from Boho Via again. Their service is poor.
At the end of August, I ordered two items from Boho Via, but only received one. I tried to contact them about this, but received no response. I tried using the contact form, email, and even a letter, but no one replied. Therefore, I cannot report a positive experience.
Eu comprei uma saia pra minha namorada, mas até hoje não chegou, quase um mês de espera e não chegou, sendo que o prazo pra entrega era de 5 dias úteis, não gostaria do reebolso, apenas do produto.
Shipping was fast. All good...Pretty dress but kinda bummed about the finishing touches... the seams don't have zigzag stitches and already frayed after one quick gentle wash. Fabric is super thin and see-through. I just bought a slip to wear under. That's why I gave 3 stars!
Still didn't get my order after 2 weeks. Customer support replied fast, said the parcel was returned because I didn't pick it up, which is not true. Or maybe the post messed up! Got refunded. Only 2 stars cause the experience wasn't great.

Sometimes parcels get returned to us for various reasons: if they’re not picked up, if the postal service makes a mistake, or if we make an error when writing the address. Whatever the cause, we understand how frustrating it is.
We’re glad the refund was processed quickly, but we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We’ll keep working to improve :)
Fast shipping, all good... The dress is nice, but I was a bit let down by the finish... the seams aren't reinforced and already started fraying after just one gentle wash. That's why I'm giving 3 stars.
A bit disappointed with the price-quality ratio. The dress is pretty, but there were some loose threads hanging in the front. Too bad, because the packaging and the little note were really sweet.

I'm truly sorry that you did not receive your dress yet. 😔 According to our order tracking, there was an attempted delivery without success, and unfortunately, the order has been sent back to us. I have provided you with a full refund as a result.

While I’m not happy to receive a 1-star review, ⭐ it is still positive since I was able to find your order delivery was unsucessfull and refund it.
I ordered a boho style blouse from boho-via. as it says in the website that it's a Swiss site and would be delivered within 3 days, that was in January, nothing arrived, so I emailed them and recieved my purchase in March, but unfortunately it was not what I had ordered and paid for, I emailed them asking if I could return it for a refund(says in website that I can), that was more than a week ago.I have not recieved any reply.

I completely understand your frustration. I’d be upset too if I didn’t receive a reply. However, it looks like you may have contacted the wrong email address. Our correct email is contact@boho-via.com, and we respond to all emails, good or bad, no exception (actually I'm lying, except spam emails, which floods our inbox! 📨).
We genuinely never received your emails, otherwise, we would have done something, as a 5-week delivery time is unacceptable (our average delivery time is 5-10 business days). I found your order using the name on this review and have now fully refunded your purchase. ✅
To clarify on your feedback, our advertised delivery time is 5-10 business days, it has never been 3 days (though we hope to achieve that one day! 😉). Your order was placed at the end of January and delivered at the beginning of March, totaling 5 weeks and 3 days, completely unacceptable.
Also, while we deliver to Switzerland and worldwide, we are an Australian company. Our company details are listed in the website footer and terms & conditions.

The top’s cute and has that boho charm, comfy too. Washed it once and the color dulled a little, ugh. They said it’s normal, not sold on that excuse. Might give it another shot.

Dress fits that boho feel just right and it’s comfy. Website kept freezing when I tried to buy, super annoying. Still, I’m happy with what I got!

About our website, I know it is slow sometime. Our IT guy tries to makes everything fast but he told me he struggles because we get visitors worlwide. Anyway hopefully eveything works well next time ;)
The shirt I bought is real pretty and feels decent for what I paid. Shipping dragged a bit, took 9 days to arrive while I paid extra for fast shipping! They refunded the express shipping cost after I email them. I'd order again if they speed things up next time.
