Email issues after changing DNS and Hosting Provider
I was having issues sending and receiving company email after changing DNS servers and Hosting provider. Bobcares quickly fixed the issue! I am now still able to use the same Hosting provider and DNS while still using the same email!

Hard to gauge the if the reviews here are real or not. Or perhaps some clients get good service while others get horrible service. Personally I'd rather be at the dentist having my teeth pulled.

Limitless Server Management @ $1068
Emergency Support - 5 Hours @ $445
All in One @ $129/mo
Forced to by Limitless Server Management, no server set up included in All in One. Yet, they are fine charging me for it without having a set up server.
I have a single server with BobCares, and they've now spent an entire month setting it up, and they're still no done.
Server Install requested: 08/11/2022 (23:16)
Server install botched, requiring OS reinstall, restarting: 10/11/2022 (08:04)
Server Install Part 2:
constant problems, as if they've never set up a server in their lives.
Server Install Part 3:
I request X, they install Y, complete disregard for my onboarding documents, complete disregard for requirements outlined. And a mind blowing amount of rework (all billed of course)
Server Install Part 4: currently 14/12/2022
- paying for AIO, yet lack server required for AIO
- team has spent 24h 18m ($720.89) and set up is still incomplete
The last few days pushed me over my limit!
I requested access.log and error.log be automatically created under the /log/ folder in the user's domain. We're on day 5 now and this was escalated to 'team lead' to check.
Frankly, I can not comprehend how this company has any clients (or why my experience is so horrific compared to others). If this is simply a results of 'low priority or low value client' stop offering the service and focus on your existing client base.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service we provided. I accept that our server administration team in this case did not work to the normal Bobcares standard.
Let me clarify that for the server setup task, the team took 16 hours and 8 minutes as billable time (not, 24 hours). I understand a few delays occurred due to an unexpected surge between Nov 11th till Nov 14th. As Bobcares always value our customer satisfaction, we reverted the credits back to your account.
Grant, I opened a ticket for you where I explained the corrective measures moving forward to address all your issues.

Very, very bad service!!!
Very, very bad service! First learn what "Urgent support" means!
My site was ddos attacked and searching for information I came across bobcares.
I saw that there is an option on their site to order urgent support and was expected to receive help within 30 minutes as written on the site.
I paid $218 for urgent support of my server and after two days they wrote to me.
Fortunately, during the two days I was waiting for them, I was able to solve the ddos attack problem myself.
They still offered to look at what happened, I agreed, provided them with the logs from my server and the conclusion was that the google bots made too many requests, they asked me if they could block them.
This amazed me, because if they were really the experts they claim to be, they would have realized that the problem was not the google bots. My site has a lot of traffic and google bots crawl it all the time, if they get blocked I will lose my indexing and all my SEO work will go to hell!
I have currently requested a refund and I was refunded.
These people are inadequate and the services they offer do not correspond to reality! Total waste of time!

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. You purchased an emergency service to solve your DDoS issue. As our team explained to you, resolving DDoS issues at the application level isn't easy and there are limitations. Similar attacks need to be resolved by blocking the malicious requests before they reach the actual server, or else they will consume server resources and bring them down or increase the CPU load. This is the reason why the team suggested Cloudflare and a server firewall. However, you did not want to implement them.
As you are not happy with the service offered, we readily provided a refund of the full value that you have spent with us.
Regarding the delay in priority service, we noticed that you opened the ticket to the non-priority queue which broke the guaranteed response of 30 minutes. I also accept that there was a delay from our side in the next follow-up.

Laravel site not loading correctly, issue resolved by Bobcares.
I was having an issue with getting a Laravel site load correctly and had tried several options that were not successful, i reached out to Bobcares and they took care of the issue instantly. The response was extremely fast, they added the .htaccess file that was missing which resolved the issue. The good thing with Bobcares is that when they resolve an issue they even tell you how they did so. I highly recommend them. Job well done 👏

Problem with my Vultr droplet
I hired BobCares to fix a problem with my Vultr droplet.
After a Vultr outage my website did not load anymore and Vultr did not take responsibility for that problem, then I bought 2 hours from Bobcares and they fixed that and now my files load fine. Thank you BobCares. I backuped everything and I am moved my files to Digital Ocean instead.
