I hired BoatandYachtRegistration.com to set up an LLC and handle my boat registration. When I later sold the LLC, I requested that they update the ownership records to reflect the new owner. They flat-out refused, claiming the register is private and no update was needed.

This response is not only suspicious but also completely irresponsible. The new owner rightfully questioned whether he even owned the LLC since everything remained in my name. I’ve sent countless emails asking for help, only to receive dismissive replies or no response at all.

The LLC was actually registered through DelawareRegisteredAgent.com, so I asked to manage it directly—but my request was completely ignored. Now I'm stuck with a company I no longer own still appearing under my name.

What’s even more concerning is that if you look at their reviews online, you’ll notice many fake 5-star reviews:

Same names used multiple times with different stories.
Suspiciously generic positive feedback clearly written to mislead potential customers.
This company is a disaster to deal with. If you value legitimate documentation and professional service, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I owuld highly recomend working with these guys, they are super professional, fast and no time wasters!
Had my papers given since November to my agent for flag change from US to UK, i figured out in January he had done nothing, so i submitted my request online, in 2 days i had the provisional registry, and once i submitted the survey report and deletion certificate, i got my definite registry part 1 in 4 days including the weekend!!! thats 2 working days!
