Couldnt be worse, started the process in october 2025, sent all the required documents in november, they kept saying that the shipment didnt arrive, opposing to the delivery company, eventually they found the documents 1 month later and still took 4 months to give me the regestration card, that came with an error by the way, so i had to wait one more month to get the final and correct registration, a so called "1 day process" took me 7 months

I have placed an order on the 18th of March to register my boat in Poland and it has never arrived. On the 2nd of April they’ve send me a fake provisional certificate and they have disappeared. Don’t trust them, they are a fraud!!!! Beware is a fake website!!!!

I was told my Polish boat registration would take about 4 weeks. It has now been over 3 months, and I still do not have my original registration card.

In the last two weeks alone, I have sent 9 emails with no response and made more than 35 phone calls. Several of their listed phone numbers don’t work, and the ones that do are rarely answered. When I was able to get through, I received excuse after excuse but no actual resolution.

They sent a provisional document months ago, but the final registration never arrived. At this point, the biggest issue isn’t the delay—it’s the complete lack of communication and customer service.

If you’re considering using this company, be prepared for long delays, unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, and very little accountability.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.

I have been trying for several days to contact Boat and Yacht Registration through multiple phone numbers and by email, but without success. Nobody answers the phone, and emails are either ignored or not responded to adequately.

This gives very little confidence, especially when paying for an important service such as yacht or boat registration. At this point, the communication feels highly unprofessional and leaves customers completely in the dark.

I still hope for a proper response and resolution, but my experience so far has been very disappointing.

I wish I could put ZERO stars!

We have been waiting 2 months for our proper registration. They never reply on email. After numerous calls, I got one of them on the phone and they assured me they were getting a shipment of documents 'next week' that would then be sent our way. (That was two weeks ago and still no contact.) Total fraud.

I suggest anyone here who is thinking about using them, go elsewhere. Anyone that is here to write a bad review, let's take them to court. Enough is enough.

I've been waiting for my Polish MMSI license for seven months. I received many emails requesting it, and they kept telling me to wait, that they'd sent a reminder, and to be patient. I called the Warsaw office, and they said there's no request in my name. In fact, they receive several similar calls, and their Polish representative, Anna, often fails to submit the documents. The problem is that they've never actually done anything. A rubber myth.

I ordered and paid for the registration service 28.02.2026. On 6th of march i received provisional registration really fast. Since that its now almost two months i am waiting for my document....and this means still waiting to start with the request for my MMSI that is also already paid since two months.

Ho acquistato sia la registrazione della barca che la licenza radio completa di MMSI.
La licenza provvisoria è arrivata velocissima e così il documento definitivo.
Purtroppo non mi è mai stata inviata la licenza radio, con varie scuse nonostante fossero passati diversi mesi dal pagamento.
Quando ho scritto all'Ufficio del Ministero polacco ho scoperto che non esisteva una richiesta a mio nome: allora ho contattato il solito indirizzo con cui mi sono sempre rapportato, inviando copia della lettera ricevuta dal Ministero. A questo punto non ho più ricevuto nessuna informazione o spiegazioni da questa società.
Per fortuna è possibile registrare la radio da soli, pagando solo l'equivalente di circa € 20 e inviando i documenti per posta.
Sconsiglio questa azienda: fatelo da soli che fate prima!
