Great service! - I never do trust pilot but this was so efficient I felt I had to.
Thank you

Sally was very helpful and communicated professionally with me! Now residing in Canada, she made sure to get my birth certificate here asap and was always polite

The experience working with the BMD Archives was wonderful. I did have to provide a little more details on the person I was looking for to make certain that it was correct.
The document arrived just about a week later and I had no issues whatsoever.
Thank you so much.

Recieved document in a few days

Excellent service. Delivered within the time specified at purchase and customer service responded promptly to my query.

Don't use this service I paid for a 24 hour turn round it's still underview 24 hours later and don't ring you back

Very helpful and encouraging

Staff at BMD archives are incredibly professional and helpful. Their communication is clear and efficient, and they are highly responsive. I would recommend their services in providing copies of relevant documents, as they are highly reliable and trustworthy.

Very efficient - excellent response to my request and documents received very quickly.

Even though I was at home when DPD came to deliver my birth certificate, they said they had tried twice. You advised me that they were threatening to return it to BMD. I contacted yourselves to ask if it could be resolved. You sent me a link to try and book a delivery and I did this. I sent a screenshot to yourselves and you confirmed a redelivery had been booked successfully. The certificate was delivered on Friday and I messaged yourselves to advise I got it safe and sound. I was really pleased about the level of care that I received from yourselves and every message you reassured me, that if it isn’t delivered as arranged you will sort it out for me. I felt like you really cared about me and the situation I was in.

Seamless. The cost was proportionate to the service provided.
Pleasantly surprised by the speed it all happened.

The service provided by BMsarchives was exemplary .
I was kept informed throughout, and staff were always very polite and courteous.
Would highly recommmend

The company kept me in touch regarding finding my birth certificate and it has meant so much to me to see it today in the post ! Thank you so much

There website seems to offer a fast service which is expensive but in reality its not fast. In fact they charge you for a fast review not a fast service, total ripoff

The service I had was exceptional
I had issues with my application and Sally solved everything Wonderfull to have her helping me and being so far away in Australia too !! Her follow up emails keeping me updated so promptly was wonderful Thank you 😊

Outstanding Service From Across Continents!

I had to organise important documents with BDM in England all the way from Australia, and the support I received was absolutely outstanding. Every step of the way, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble — they guided me through the process clearly and made what could’ve been a stressful task feel easy and well-supported.

I’m genuinely grateful for their exceptional service and dedication. Highly recommended to anyone needing help, whether you're local or on the other side of the world like me.

Besides Sally James being professional she is also kind and understanding.
