BLUNT Umbrellas Arvostelua

Umbrella broke through ordinary use, still in warranty. 2 of the arms burst through the canopy from some wind. I provided photos and customer service refused to replace it, and started to imply I must have done something else to cause the damage. Quite clearly I didn't, so it felt quite disingenous.

So I'm left with a useless £70 umbrella that didn't stand up to even the slightest wind as claimed, and then the 'warranty promise' is essentially a lie.

A rip off, they must be laughing all the way to the bank with these products. Do not use this company or become one of their customers.

Very bad delivry experince since 28/11 i havebt recived my 6233732 umbrlella

My Blunt umbrella is rugged. It held up to the wind in Chicago when my companion’s umbrella blew inside out. It’s pretty and a nice size for sidewalk use (I have the Metro)

Poor customer service. 3 months ago I bought an umbrella, it was defective...I am still waiting for the repair. I don't think they have any intention to help.Poor customer service. Umbrella arrived damaged, it has been months and the promised replacement, despite many emails has failed to appear. Now going to give up. FYI. The product is not user friendly. The "slip into my bag" product weighs a lot. Too big for anything but a backpack, think twice maybe buy something much lighter, from someone with good customer service.

I'm really thankful to BLUNT Umbrellas GERMANY because after buying an umbrella in Poland I wasn't able to find a spare part here (in Poland) when needed. And after I asked for BLUNT Umbrellas GERMANY they sent me this necessary spare part. So many thanks and best regards.
