Blue Light Card Arvostelua 

The blue light card is great but trying to sort an issue for a parent not on line is impossible. Been trying for weeks no phone number and won’t let me help in line.

Wonderful, it has saved me so much money. Only once has it not worked but I use it all the time.

Noor was very helpful as I couldn't remember user name, passwords etc.

I tried to use a discount online was sent via blue light it was a code for £100 with Vax there was no box for code and I didn't get discount when I paid I am not very happy as I would not have used this if I had known and can't seem to get anywhere with getting my discount credited.

I became a BLC member a few days ago. The application was so quick, I got an email a day later to say I’d been approved. Used the card yesterday. The discount will certainly help me. Brilliant!

My renewal, in retirement, was fraught with problems that were almost insurmountable and would have failed had I NOT been extremely persistent.

Just used my blue light card to buy cinemas tickets, I ended up paying more than advertised cost, to get code I had to pay £17 !!!!!!!!!

I had issues with a slight change in email addresses that meant i would struggle to re-new my card. However the team were able to resolve this with great communication and new information stored.

Chloe was so helpful as I could only log into my account at work not via the app. I wanted to use my personal email as I do not access my emails on my work account at home.
Chloe sorted this out for me and now I can use my personal email.

A huge thank you to Claire for all her help with my Blue Light Card approval! Having previously worked in the NHS, I had moved to a new company where I was still eligible for a card. Since my current employer doesn’t issue our company details on our photo IDs, I had to provide my employment contract as proof instead.

Claire was incredibly patient, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She kept my request open while I gathered my documentation, allowing me to refer back easily. Once everything was uploaded, she promptly approved it, and I was able to complete my order.
