Bluecybercow Arvostelua

One of the very best customer experiences I have ever had.
Delivery was super quick. The laptop was far beyond my expectations. The marks on the laptop that were described on the listing, were extremely difficult to even find...most sites would underplay and oversell such details but Bluecybercow did the opposite! Unheard of.

I paid a very small £ for a laptop which, to me,a home user, I can't class as even 'slightly used'. It is as new condition , and very fast too.

I had to email their customer support a few weeks afterwards, because a Dell software update had messed up my log in page. They replied straightaway and gave me the simple fix, 2 mins later, all good again.

This was not in any way a problem caused by Bluecybercow but they solved the problem caused by Dell in such a quick, positive way anyway.

If only all companies were like Bluecybercow! No more unethical overhyping ,overselling and under delivering that is usual from the vast majority of companies now.

End of my love letter, thanks loads Bluecybercow.

I'd done some research on a device suitable for my needs, and the searches threw up a Dell from Bluecybercow. It was assessed as grade C. When it came, it was exactly as described and was actually in much better condition than I thought it might have been. I'm really pleased with the device itself and the quick (next day) delivery.

Ordered a laptop on Friday morning got it the very next day without paying extra for shipping, that's right you can get Saturday shipping I guess it's just not a guarantee but I did, and the quality of laptop I got was second to none, scoured all of eBay and backmarket for something that could be as powerful and cheaper than my dell precision, found none. This beast of a laptop didn't even cost 250 pounds but on eBay and backmarket I was looking at 400 dor similar specs. Dope ass company!

Excellent quality, reliable and speedy service. Much better than other suppliers like CeX.

Bluecybercow is a very good business and definitely recommend them to others.

Super fast delivery and excellent customer service during transaction and also a month later, when I had to ask a question about my item.

One of best companies have bought from, and my laptop was top quality .

Excellent value for money, arrived quickly and well packaged

I found the refurbished laptop with the desired characteristics at a very competitive price. I ordered it and it arrived in a couple of days. Its external conditions were better than described/expected. I am using it for about 1 month and it works as it should. I am very satisfied.

I have used this company before - always arrives promptly - exactly as described and a really good price - will always go back to them as the need arrives

Blue Cyber Cow is a place I now go to for tech. The main reason is, the wide range of quality goods. And the price. The refurbished range of tech Blue Cyber Cow has beats its competition. And is sent out for free usually by next day delivery wrapped in a bubble wrap and a box with leads etc. I like their 12 month warranty and 30 days no quibble returns. I bought 2 laptops and currently looking for a tablet. Thanks Blue Cyber Cow for existing as you do, actually. Filled a gap in the market, for me!
