Blue Collar Pet Transport Arvostelua

Blue Collar Transport workers are nothing short of amazing!!! They helped me to get my cats to our new home! From Orlando Florida to Grand Rapids, Michigan. I highly recommend them!

I couldn’t have asked for a better company to transport my cats! Felix was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Thank you so much!!

Have never had a pet transported before was a little nervous but this company blue color pet transport did an awesome job from beginning to end 1800 miles. Let us know every step of the way where they were and pictures of the dog were very caring. I would totally recommend this company to anyone.

Mike and his crew are so amazing . They communicated the whole way . This dog is my life line and he made it to me in great condition! I recommend these guys and in the future if I needed to transport my pet again I would do it with them. I can’t thank them enough for getting him to so quick !

I am really impressed by the quality of care my pets received on their journey. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats that needed to be transported from Florida to Wyoming. We knew that any trip that long would be stressful for them so we wanted them to get there as quickly as possible. Mike and his co driver Kerria were amazing! Mike has the most gentle, calm and patient disposition. He really cares and it shows. They delivered our pets within 33 hours and included photos of the dogs on the way. I was kept informed throughout the process and felt very comfortable trusting them with our precious cargo. Maureen at the office also kept in touch and set up our group text. Overall it was the least stressful option for our family and I would not hesitate to use Blue Collar Pet Transport with Mike and Kerria as the drivers.

Terrific customer service. Rick was so helpful and informative. Will go to them again

The only company I trust to move my canines from LA to NY. Safe, smooth, and commutation with updates made me feel like they were in the best professional caring hands. Thank you!

I appreciate BlueCollar Pet Transport so much! I was able to find a way to transport the same day my dog was denied at the airport in Portland. My dog arrived safe and sound in NYC! Highly recommend and make sure to speak to Rick!!

We were so relieved to find this company when helping my mom move across the country. Jesus drove her dog from Florida to California; the dog had such a good time that when it was time for him to leave, she wanted to go with him. Throughout the trip, he sent us updates and photos of her hanging out in the truck, walking in dog parks, etc. Great price, wonderful service, and nice people.

Great attention to detail! We were notified when they were on their way & kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Thank you for taking care of our babies!

My friend hired Blue Collar Pet Transport to bring her 14-yr old Yorkie to me for pet sitting while she travels. Sam was in touch with me before he even got the pup and consistently through the trip with timing updates. He sent photos to the family of her being walked and fed. When he handed her over to me he took her out of the carrier and snuggled her goodbye before letting me take her. I have no doubt that my friend’s pup was well cared for every step of the way.

Allow me to update the review below, which I wrote with extreme frustration. I paid a deposit to Blue Collar and then was able to make alternative arrangements for my dog (I flew with my dog myself). It took me months and months of calling to get my deposit returned. Ultimately they did return the money but it took dozens of calls, reviews like the one below, calling their workers, disputing charges. They fought me along the way. I was "nice" at the end just to get my money back but it took hours and hours of my time to get them to respond. It was never clear to me why the didn't simply return the money I paid as I had made alternative arrangements a few days after paying the deposit and NEVER agreed to any dates. The made ZERO effort to secure transit for my dog. I stand by my initial assertion that I would NEVER trust blue collar and would NEVER use their service. I'm grateful I got my money back but this company is extremely problematic to do business with if they can't quickly issue a refund on a deposit. On last note: I left this review in 2024...it took them over TWO YEARS to respond. That should tell you all you need to know about how competent this company's management is.

Here's the original review from 2024 (it's now September 2026) after trying for weeks to get them to refund my $810 deposit for a service I never used or scheduled:

Blue Collar is a scam. They stole my $810 deposit. Their owner, Richard Hardy, is a thief. They refuse to return a deposit for a service I cancelled long before any dates had been agreed to. If this company can't live up to their own contract which states they will issue a full refund, imagine what kind of shortcuts they take with your pet. I would never entrust my pet's life with these people.

Savannah cat from San Diego to Illinois. Door to door service was amazing, lots of communication and he arrived in the time estimated in great shape!
