Rude pushey and share ur info with Kintec they try to extort money because to get ur money .that does not exist..now they ( blue arrow says I have 8000 USD and to stop all the never ending call harassment I have to be paid out to close the account...we will see how that goes .I am sure it's just another ploy .....BLUE ARROW NO GOOD

Worst agency I have ever tried using. Communication was awful, wasted a lot of my time finding documents to upload for them. Tried booking a right to work interview, the person was not in and nobody else was available all day. After finally rebooking, I am told that ‘there aren’t any jobs anyway’ and didn’t bother signing me up.

Very rude on one occasion during a phone call, and had repeatedly tried to phone them during work hours with nobody answering the phone.

Can only imagine how they feel being stuck in there with each other all day!

Their customer service is so poor and their jobs are hard to get even when you accept it seconds after you get an email for it .

Applied for a job advertised online and was directed to register with them before they would submit the application.
The app required Passport, NI number and Bank Details. Not a chance individually the information is fine but together it’s everything you need for identity theft with no idea how secure your information is and what they are doing with it. GPDR compliance? Let’s see what the Information Commissioner thinks.

***Very disappointing, Unprofessional and Misleading***
Before accepting the job, I specifically asked Steve and Vlad from Southampton multiple times about the expected duration of the contract and was repeatedly ensured that it was expected to last 12 weeks, with potential opportunities going forward.
After starting the role, I was informed only a few days later that the job was ending, because somebody from another branch was being moved into the position.
Had I been told from the beginning that this could happen and that the role might last only a few days, I would never have undertaken it. Instead, I lost significant time and money, including negative impact on UC, for a job that turned out to be completely different from how it was presented.
What disappointed me most was the response afterward. When I raised my concerns, the reaction from them was dismissive and showed very little professionalism or care for the situation.
I understand temporary assignments can change, but I found the whole experience poorly handled and misleading from start to finish.

I went for my induction in Speke Liverpool and they asked you to bring your own hives & safety shoes! By the way they should offer to get them for everyone not the other way around. But this agency is a joke. They’re the worst

it was just talking for an hour and explaining what job is, they give us quick look at warehouse and that’s it then go home, after I haven’t heard anything from them about any job offers! They said we should go on app which were so useless and very bad made, so I emailed the lady who did the induction she never replied to my email, it’s been a week! I just decided to quit after I had so many red flags from this agency. Plus their target is crazy ! At beginning I thought give it chance first but it turned out everything was bad not worth hanging or chasing them.

So in my search for a new job and being single mom Gabriela from Blue Arrow have shown incredible support and help along with Olivia finding me exactly job I needed in my right frame and now I can look happily after my son who is my priority and very happy jobs with the girls who have shown incredible support which I am super proud of! I am shocked by the reviews.
I guess it depends where you are located and the person you are speaking to.
Sylwia in Milton Keynes is so supportive and kind.
There are people who do their jobs for money and then they are who actually care.
And I had the most chill interview with Lee .Usually i get insane anxiety, always unnecessary questions from other companies, but with Blue Arrow it was so simple.

Cowboys they dont pay i was given a mobile told to follow rout i was wrong but i followed and now Blue babys will not pay SO DO UR SELF A FAVOUR GUYS DONT GO NEAR THEM

I give this company 5 stars. I have been speaking too a staff member louise, she has been nothing but lovely and helpful.
She has helped me get an interview, and helped me prepare the interview.
She helped me with my confidence and nerves going in, and thankfully i landed the job. I am so grateful too have had louise help me through it!!

I applied for a Job then received email asking to Register with Blue Arrow. Blue Arrow requested bank details and Job References even before being offer the interview. When I submitted my registration my line manager was emailed and asked for a reference , again, this is before i had an interview and before i had handed my notice in at my current employer - this is a disgrace on Blue Arrows part for disclosing confidential information. There is no contact number for blue arrow - is this a fake website???

Not great they contact you about work then you call them back to progress with it then they ghost you. Which is very annoying . I can land a job easy by myself i usually get return call directly from the employer the day after i applied and 8 tines out of 10 been offered the job. Recruitment agencies dont even have the nerve to ring you back and say it didnt work out you know so you can apply elsewhere of any agency doesnt call me back i refuse to work with them

Rating 3 because I’m kinda in the middle. I can relate to all the bad reviews and I can also relate to the good ones. Lately, it’s been so difficult getting shifts and when you apply for the available ones, you have to call the consultants back to back. Sometimes, they ask to call back and update you, but they never do or even take your call. I had an experience with a particular lady(in Sutton branch) who was rude to me and hung up immediately she figured I was the one calling again.
Some consultants are really nice and helpful like Janos, Arti and Mirela in the Edgware branch. Rickey, Catherine Ward and Ben Fox were also amazing.
Overall, the company is okay, though getting shifts sometimes is very difficult.

To be fair I have worked for blue arrow since November 2024 and they have always looked after me and kept me very busy with work. Yes jobs do go wrong and shifts get cancelled but it is normally the clients messing around. I would recommend them as I get on very well with the Eastbourne branch and Maidstone branch. And it also fits in very well with my lifestyle

They are responsive. They communicate well and provide clear information about assignments and schedules. Payments are made on time . The agency is a good option for workers seeking flexibility.

I used Blue Arrow for the first time in Sept 2025 and was impressed by the response time as most agencies do not even bother to reply and one does not know whats happened. Found an interesting opportunity and applied, Jordan kept in touch and promptly assisted with any queries and onboarding. Along the way there were a few issues as expected but each time it was addressed and resolved including when I was so exasperated with my role that I wanted to quit. Jordan interacted with me and the client to resolve any misunderstanding. Only issue was when I first asked for how many holiday hours I would accrue till end of year, that time I was sign posted to the handbook which was unhelpful, especially as I joined the role midyear, a response with a numeric figure based on contracted hours(if worked without unpaid off days) ) would have been helpful. As holidays would be use it or lose it at end of holiday year. The app could be better if it shows holiday hours accrued till date.
