Scam company!!!!! Ordered two chairs, received two bracelet charms. Zero customer service and now they are contesting my chargeback as they have tracked delivery of the charms they shipped. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Thought this company was legit as they were on Shopify but absolutely not. On my Shopify app it now shows a light in the photo instead of the outdoor chair I ordered……

I ordered a Bloom Ridge Comfort Chair, but unfortunately I have not received my order despite it being marked as delivered.

As soon as I received the delivery notification, I contacted the seller to explain that the chair had not been delivered. I have since sent two further emails, but I have received no response and have been unable to contact the seller.

I’m very disappointed with both the non-delivery of my order and the lack of communication or customer support. I would expect a seller to investigate the issue and respond promptly when a customer reports that an order has not been received.

I hope this can be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have not delivered 2 chairs instead sent 2 beads. Ignored all communication. This is a scam company do not use!

Ordered 2 rocking chairs £66.30 after seeing their advertisement on TikTok and got 2 very small buttons in small white envelope-with tracking number via Royal Mail delivery. 🤔🤷‍♂️

Bought a chair received a button inpost. Showed delivered on Shop but was literally a button in an envelope
