Placed an order which wasn’t very cheap, and the flowers came already wilted and didn’t last even 4 days. The other flower brought in the supermarket lasted over a week and it was much cheaper. I wouldn’t buy again.

I ordered a ~€60 bouquet of flowers with an impression that there would be some sort effort in the arrangement. I was terribly mistaken. It was just thrown together. One variant of flowers on one side, another variant on the other. Pure rush job. Would not recommend.

A happy birthday balloon on a sympathy bouquet
I ordered a bunch of lillies for a sympathy bouquet to be delivered to a friend. They had recently lost a close family member suddenly and I ordered a sympathy card to go with the flowers. The flowers were delivered, along with the card but also attached was a happy birthday helium balloon to the bouquet. This was obviously really upsetting for my friend and her family! I called to complain and asked for a full refund. I was connected to a call centre with someone who clearly didn’t really understand the level of upset this had caused and there was no real apology given. They tried to blame the driver on the error. I was told a full refund would be issued including delivery fee and I’d receive an email to confirm the refund. I got an email later to say they could only refund 50% of the order as we hadn’t returned the flowers. I don’t want to cause my friend any more stress or upset by now asking her to return the flowers. I just can’t really believe how poor the service has been and how little Bloom Magic seem to care about how much upset this mistake has caused. They made a massive mistake and there’s been no real responsibility taken for it at all. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Please accept my deepest and most sincere apologies for such a heartbreaking mistake. To have a Happy Birthday balloon attached to a sympathy arrangement for a family who has just suffered a sudden loss is completely unacceptable. I can only imagine the upset this caused your friend, and I am genuinely sorry that a gesture meant to provide comfort ended up doing the opposite. I also want to apologize for the poor experience you had when you called us. To be told that a refund for such a sensitive error was dependent on returning the flowers is simply not on, and it’s not the level of care or common sense we expect from our team. We failed to take responsibility at the first hurdle, and for that, I am truly sorry. I can confirm that a 50% refund has already been credited to your account. Furthermore, our manager will be in touch with you via email for the distress caused. We are truly sorry for letting you and your friend down during such a difficult time.
