Don’t use this company. They can’t deliver.

The company was unresponsive and never shipped my lenses. I asked them to cancel the order after 10 weeks and they wouldn’t refund me. I had to get the credit card company involved. They always had excuses about the holidays or low stock but never a solution. Avoid them.

Loyal customer of Blink…

I've been a loyal customer of Blink Contact Lenses for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that they offer an unbeatable combination of affordability, comfort, and outstanding customer service.

First and foremost, the affordability of Blink lenses is truly remarkable. As someone who's constantly on the lookout for value without compromising quality, Blink has consistently delivered lenses that not only fit my budget but also exceed my expectations in terms of clarity and durability.

Terrible customer service.

I’ve been waiting for weeks for my lenses. Their customer service has no phone or live chat so I have been unable to get any response other than email which comes days or even a week later. They only apologize and say it’s the manufacturer issue for the delay. Seems like I’m not the only one on here. I guess they just can’t compete with the bigger companies and it shows.

Worth the Wait

Was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. I struggled finding my prescription on other sites and just found this one randomly. Worth the wait overseas (holidays didn't help) and I hope their business gets more love and support. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Excellent and helpful customer service

Excellent and helpful customer service. A small delay with USPS in delivery was really well handled by Blink The Lenses. The customer service was above and beyond, and we got the lenses in time. Thank you to Elisabeth for being a 10/10 support!

I was lucky enough to be chosen for the pre launch products at discounted prices!! Managed to get my son brand new Raybans for half price. Shipping was also fast and they kept me updated with tracking. Very happy and will be buying
