WOW can’t believe how good they are, I’m a night worker and they block all the light perfect. So professional from start to finish. I want to fit my whole house with them. Thank you blind screen

I forgot they were coming, but they rang and waited for me to turn up.🫣
I didn't have to ask them to take their shoes off.
They were done and dusted in about 45mins, my rooms are so bright and airy. I can have my windows open wide without pesky flies and wasps coming in.
The blackout screen in the bedroom is awesome...the one in the lounge gives the best effects. Thankyou guys and all the best.

I waited 15 months for white fabric to meet quality control (they initially never checked them). The local company that installed them were helpful the entire time but struggled to deal with blind screen and now recommend customers to not buy their products because of how unhelpful the company is.
I've just had them installed today and there is still light bleeding through the structure. The local company checked multiple times before placing the order that a lower trim (allows me to use the window) will still work and they were reassured it would, obviously this was not the case.
Blind screen also forgot to send a part so that will require installation at a later date
I've waited so long, spent a lot of money and I'm so disheartened.

Someone else sent their back for not being blackout and the walls were seriously damaged so I don't know what I would do if they offered to resolve it

Brilliant product. Great service from very beginning. Friendly sales rep who did all the measuring and applied a good discount on our final order. Fitting was quick and easy and took just a couple of hours ( for 2 very large windows). Reduction of light into the room was excellent and prompted another order for our third bedroom. Cannot recommend this product and company enough. In fact will be ordering more screens from them in the near future

Came to our house and fitted the blinds in very good condition and left it cleaned 👌.working great 👍.

After looking for 5 years for a blind to suit our patio window we chose Blind screen. The sales, and fitting service was very professional and friendly, We where guided through the whole process with care and curtesy by the whole Blind Screen office.

This is the second time I’ve had a blind fitted and would recommend them. Quick service and blinds are really good quality.

We’ve had a bifold door blind and screen for a year now and couldn’t imagine being without it, looking forward to summer and using the screen so we can have doors fully open and not get any unwanted critters flying in.
The whole team is fab, no issues at all, easy and uncomplicated experience, looking forward to having our next ones done, bedrooms will be fantastic xxxxx

Solihull customer of Soft Options Curtains and Blinds Ltd. Very poor and disappointing service starting with the inability to correctly measure the window. Blind Screen blackout blinds are not fully black out if white blinds chosen which I wasn’t told until the quote had a Note to say 95% effective. Was told that the 02 frame would help and go and view at their shop Went to the shop surveyor had taken samples out back in a little over an hour Couldn’t stay so they promised to send video Didn’t receive it chased and it was sent. Was told 100% effective white available in Oct delayed then to November then January. Then told that the measurements were wrong and I should pay £200. Was already expensive so asked for my money back. They then tried to split the additional cost. Too little, too late. Didn’t believe anything I was told gave up and asked for my deposit back

I placed the order on the 13th of June, it's now the 23rd of August and still no product. still no confirmation email or dispatch email. Continuously emailing asking for updates and get the response its been dispatched but we don't know what the currier is doing. shocking customer services. Will not be ordering from them again and will advise others not to also.

Order placed 17th June. We are now 6th Aug. Local firm who placed the order from blindscreen have been advised that there has been a manufacturing defect with light appearing through the white blind / material issue. Due to this defect all orders are backed up. I am told there is no date and just have to wait. At least another month. So looks more like a 4 month wait in total. Why are blindscreen not reaching out to say sorry about the manufacturing defect? They have left it up to there sellers. How sad. Could be hundreds of customers being let down in this way. Zero customer care or service. Take care before you order.

We had a double blind made up for our bifold door the fly screen is a god send no flies all summer and the black out is fabulous

These blinds are absolutely amazing - my bedroom is pitch black, even in the morning. The fitting was swift and efficient, and looks really neat. The blinds look great, open or shut.

Just what i needed to keep the light out since i work nights and asleep during the day, tbh had a slight issue but they managed to change the whole thing for me excellent service and the fitters are amazing James and team keep up good work
