Quite simple really. If you value timely delivery, customer service, quality blinds then you really need to go somewhere else. This company have made a very simple play by going slightly cheaper than competitors but it’s you who will pay the price. Absolutely shocking, random colour blinds delivered and then asked to return them and wait weeks for my actual blinds. Avoid.
Won’t be buying from these again
Won’t be buying from these again, I’m refurbishing some apartments, ordered three blinds and got a total of six fixing clips, I was told the manufacturer said two clips for each blind was enough, (definitely not) in a previous order I got five with each blind. Then I was told I could purchase more clips at 50p each plus £9,90 postage, I got a pack of ten from eBay for £3. Post free. I need another eleven blinds. I won’t be buying from this company,
Ordered cream blinds got black fittings !
Ordered cream blinds, they sent white tops and all black fittings to go with it…..seriously bad customer service, refused to accept it was their fault and wouldn’t change. Poor quality, I would never use this company again. Hope the review helps someone.
Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered them. First time I tried to open the blind it broke , I contacted the company they sent me a part and I was supposed to fix it myself, take the blind apart and fix it. I actually had to pay to have the blind put up. So annoyed.
Poor quality all round.
Blinds delivered quickly, and colour matches order. However, that's where the positives end. They were covered in metal shards where the inner tube the material is attached to was cut.
Furthermore, the material was poorly cut and one blind 'telescopes' despite being level.
Avoid.
Appalling workmanship.
I ordered a venetian blind from this outfit and the workmanship was dreadful.
I received an apology and a replacement blind which was just the same, corners broken off the bottom slat and not cut at 90 degrees. The metal header on both had not been deburred after being cut leaving a sharp edge.
This was after I was promised that the replacement would be thoroughly inspected before being dispatched.
What a joke. Avoid at all cost. They have also ignored my attempt to contact them. Best paying a little bit more for a quality product than this rubbish.
Ordered a set of blinds from Blinds…
Ordered a set of blinds from Blinds direct.
They arrived in a box that looked like it had been stomped on, right down to the boot prints.
The replacemnt arrived with the packaging in good condition but the blinds had chips on there edges and some of the slats were dented. Given the packaging was in good order they must have left the factory like that.

Founds blinds direct to be awful to deal with,I paid the insurance if I measured wrong to have remade and what a con that is,I was asked at first to pay another £100+ as apparently the new Black Friday sale price was more expensive than the normal sale price which I brought the blinds on 🙈🤣 then when you phone up nobody wants to help and every time someone promises to phone back especially a manager which will never come to phone they never do,it took me over a month to get blinds replaced and £60 extra so the insurance is a waste of time,all in all blinds are decent,JUST SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Placed an order at th end of December. It took until the 10th of January to tell me that the material was no longer available.
I then chose an alternative from the website, only to be told that wasnt available.
So after 2 weeks, numerous calls and emails we have asked for a refund.
The website is utter rubbish; you cant filter, and its basically full of materials they cant supply.

Good value for money, Great customer service
This is the second time I have used this company and you can't beat the value for the money for made to measure curtains. I was going to dock a star for the long lead time but the estimated delivery was noted when ordering and they arrived by the indicated date. I also ordered a cushion but the wrong fabric was used. A quick call to customer service and it was sorted. Sue sent out an expedited delivery in the correct fabric and told me to keep or donate the other cushion.This is the first time I have ever wanted to sit down with a customer service rep and have a natter, So nice. Give her a bonus!
NOT SO BLIND
Really impressed ,great quality, rapid delivery 2 working days . Had one broken clip on weight ,things happens ,easy fix but am not docking any stars for that, it would be petty. Great great service and thanks

Ordered in late September and delivered within about 3 days. Good price for a patio window blind. There was a slight issue over a bracket fitting for our wall however the company was very helpful sending us some new parts. Excellent customer services - polite with fast courier delivery and we are impressed with the quality of the blinds we ordered.
Our experience was very good and I recommend this company. Will use again.

Needed replacement brackets so I contacted customer services and after providing information on what type of blinds they were; was sent out a replacement which arrived the very next day, free of charge.
Compared to other blind sellers they seem to be the best price. The blinds I have even though were second hand was nice quality.
Terrible quality
I made an order with this company for a bathroom blind while at the same time I placed an order with Blinds2Go for other rooms in my house. Whilst my Blinds2Go are of good standard, Blindsdirect unfortunately are not. I complained about my first order as it was dirty with frayed edges. They quickly sent me out a replacement but it is just as bad, leading to me to believe this isn't a one of and they only produce poor quality goods. I asked for a refund 5 days ago but have only had a seemingly automated response. I have followed up, re-iterating that I would like a refund which I have rudely just received a copy of the initial email they sent to me with no additional content. They clearly couldn't care! If you want a quality product and good service I advise going elsewhere.

The quality of the curtains is good but the customer service is appalling. Lead time was a little long but at least they were upfront. But when the curtains arrived, one was wrongly sized. I lost count of the number of different customer service staff who responded to emails, all of whom said they would get back to me and never did. The customer service staff had no product knowledge and could not understand the issue - one curtain had been made twice the required width - and asked for repeated photographs and measurements. A very frustrating experience that I will not repeat.
No show order
Unfortunately my experience has been very poor. I ordered a 10 day delivery blind and almost 20 days later I’m yet to receive it. Customer service is very pleasant and quick to reply but they just report on updates from the factory, which seems to be where the weak link is. I was told my order would be shortly dispatched when I first followed up, only to be following up again a week later when there’s no sign of it. I’ll be requesting a refund and if it’s not granted will have to go via my card provider.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Curtain pole arrived with wrong fittings so couldn’t put up. They eventually arrived after a week after speaking to 3 different customer service agents stating they had sent correct fittings. I wasn’t able to be there when the pole was finally put up , but soon noticed that the pole was a completely different colour to the rings though they looked similar in the plastic packaging) the rings were french grey but the pole was light green. (Obviously zero quality control) I phoned customer service only to be cut off twice. Everyone who has seen the poles laughs and asks why they do not match. I phoned CS again only to be told pole and rings came from different manufacturers so wasn’t their fault. In desperation I bought a french grey paint to repaint the pole. I was then sent an email to say they would let me buy another with 50% off. The original pole was over £60 so basically I would be paying £30 to correct a mistake no fault of my own . I honestly have never come across such arrogant CS from a company . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

same as last review, don't mix up with Blindsdirect.co.uk which actually has pretty decent customer service. I ordered from here a few months ago, took weeks to arrive and after a couple of months one set broke. Tried to find a matching set elsewhere but no luck so had to re-order from here. Checked the delivery time, said 14 days.. 14 days later I get an email saying it's going to take another 4 weeks. Complained to their 'customer service' team and got offered a 5% discount.. WHAT A JOKE!
