I had great experience in dealing with Blacks brokers as all the information requested was provided and all my questions were clarified in a timely manner helping me to take a proper business decision.

Useless company, not even a single lead was generated by them. Awful advertising material created.

When we attempted to sell on our own, they demanded their fees. Sent legal notice and harassed. We also cancelled the contract and sent legal notice for their non competence.

Never use them.

Very attentive and personal service from Blacks Brokers. Megan Sutherst has been very helpful in this regard with frequent catch up calls with helpful suggestions to improve the appeal of my business to potential buyers.

we hired blacks 2 years ago to sell our restaurant and to say the service has been awful is an understatement, the only people that have been sent have been unqualified time wasters with no money, and they only turned up when we called to say where are the customers you said you had waiting. we were told they had a list off people wanting restaurants in our area, buyers from London, and nothing, they never kept in touch to offer advice or recommend price drops, we did all the calling, the chasing. they are usless and we paid them 1250.00!! i cant believe its the same company when i read all the 5 star ratings ? why did we not get the same service??
