Enthusiastic and Refreshing to work with!! I can only comment from a buyers perspective but I have been dealing with Chelsea and Megan over the last few weeks and they have been absolutely fantastic. Calls are answered promptly, if they are not available they return your calls quickly, I have been kept updated with everything. Everyone I speak to seems happy and enthusiastic to make things happen. I have dealt with all of the main business brokers (as a buyer) and generally the experience has been quite poor. If you are thinking of selling a business I would advise you to look into how your broker treats potential buyers and you might be shocked. Very happy with Blacks and hope to work with them again in the future!

People be aware. Recently I have been threatened by legal action for putting my experience of blacks brokers for writing my thoughts on Trustpilot. Seems like blacks brokers have become the thought police ! Despite me asking for my property keys back weeks ago. They decided to start legal action against me for writing my experience instead of dealing with the issue of returning my keys. I suppose blacks brokers believe in the saying “all publicly is good publicity” I can only wait for the case to be decided by a judge. Hopefully blacks brokers will stop their victimisation of customers otherwise they might find they will lose the good will of future customers.
