Shabby Chinese product
Ordered what looked like a reasonable quality business folio for a male friend. Had put UK products into search engine but this was clearly made in China which I would usually avoid like the plague due to all the issues sending it back etc. the folio didn’t resemble the ad at all and was damaged by being stuffed into a tiny envelope. It took an age to get here and I could see if it was coming from China from the tracking number that I was given. I complained to their customer services and they said it will be on its way and I also told them that I’ve seen bad reviews and people saying that their company was a scam company. I advise that I would leave terrible reviews if they did not actually deliver my product and deliver it on time as promised. I was not pleased with the item when it arrived and I told them so by email and they offered me 30% refund which I took due to the sending back being much more expensive than just accepting the refund. Just look at the products they advertise very carefully and I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy anything from them in the future.

I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase of a ”high end pull out faucet in brushed nickel” it was made plastic, badly packaged and as other reviews have mentioned it comes from china. The only time you are aware of this is when you get the shipping order, which takes forever to update. I unpackaged it and packed it right back up £80 for a plastic tap no thank you. Avoid buying anything from this scam company, luckily I paid via PayPal so I’m covered and can get my money back. Absolutely awful product

A total scam. Items received are not what is advertised. Bad quality, for expensive prices. Website shows address based in London but ships from China. Sent in plastic bag and item is damaged. The name suggests that you’re buying from a Scandinavian company, the product I bought is coming from China, There was no mention of lead time or country of dispatch so yet again the expectation is that it would be no longer than a week. It’s been on order since the 7th Dec so I was expecting it to be here in time for Christmas.
On the 21st Dec it’s still in an airport in China. Do not buy from this company.

Biggest scam company!!! Ordered boots, wrong pair wrong size arrived. They tell me it’s what I ordered I sent photos of my order and the boots I received. I requested as I am entitled to return details of the address to return ( it’s not the London one on their contact details), and was offered a 20% refund. Absolute sham company. Use at your peril.

Very bad products & service
I ordered what I thought would be a great coffee scale using chargeable battery. It arrived almost a month after ordering only for the instructions not to be clear and partly in Chinese. The scales will not work as described. I complained and was initially offered a replacement which never arrived and after losing all patience with the product, have now been advised I should return at my own cost to China or keep for a 30% refund. They shouldn't be allowed to promote their products to consumers in the UK. I will explore what rights I have but fear from other reviews, none! Please save your money and do not buy from this website.

I ordered a music boxing machine thinking this was a UK company. It's NOT!! Item was shipped from CHINA. When it eventually arrived it was wrapped in bubble wrap with no box, no charger and looks like a used item. One of the pads isn't working. I emailed and they offered a 100% refund or replacement. I wanted the refund. Then I was offered 30% or return item to CHINA for full refund. It costs more to return!!!! The item is faulty and not fit for purpose. I wish I had looked on here before my purchase!
Ordered a heated jacket for £79.00 for my birthday, it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, the packaging looked like it was shipped from a secondhand selling site from a seller that wasn’t to careful with packaging it. Did not look like it was from a reputable company’s packaging at all.
The jacket itself was poorly made with thread hanging from different part of the jacket.
As this was a jacket that requires a battery to operate I was skeptical of the safety and therefore decided to return.
I contacted the company and requested return. (I was within their returns policy)
Initially speedy replies mostly around 1am from ‘Jeannie’ who offered me a replacement and no need to return the jacket! I said I was not happy with this and would like a refund. I was then offered 30% discount and to keep the jacket, again I said I would rather a refund.
She then accepted and forward me the returns address to china! This would have cost me around £30!!! I contacted and Jeannie replied providing me the UK address.
I have since returned the jacket, have proof of delivery and I have not received a refund.
I am now having to water my time to look into getting my money back somehow and begin to report the company.
I have learnt a valuable lesson here!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Website presents as European based, it is Chinese. No indication of delivery time so I tried to cancel 2 hours after ordering. Was told item had already been dispatched so refund not possible until item delivered. 2.5 weeks later no update on tracking number since 8th November. Item hasn’t arrived. Customer service refuse to confirm I can return item to address in UK. I have informed Mastercard as believe I have lost £119.

Just received my Rapid Cyclist Shoes…

First time I put them on the laces toggle snapped off and resulted in a welt on my finger that’s still visible two days on.
