Blackmoor is one of very few Nurseries in the UK offering gardeners the opportunity to buy fruit plants direct from our Nursery. Blackmoor Nurseries is part of Blackmoor Estate in Hampshire which has been run by the Selborne family for several generations. At Blackmoor we are very proud about our heritage and history, and we’re absolutely passionate about our fruit plants. We have been growing them at our Hampshire based estate for over 100 years. All of our staff have been trained to the highest level in both the growing and packing of our plants and we all strive to produce top quality fruit trees and soft fruit plants. All orders are subject to rigorous quality tests at every stage of growth, and throughout the processes of lifting to packing. Roots are soaked and covered before shipping which means that each plant reaches the customer in prime condition. Our customer service team are all Blackmoor Nursery people and are happy to provide expert advice either by phone or email. They are industry experts and are always happy to share their knowledge and tips about how to get the very best from growing fruit.

Second purchase, says it all
This is my second purchase from Blackmoor. Standard gooseberry and redcurrant in 2022, both excellent plants and doing well.
As they were so good, I've now received and planted a James Grieve apple on M26 rootstock. Beautiful plant, exceptional packaging, and looking great a month on. I thought the price was very reasonable too.
Fruit is something you plant for the long game - best to go for quality.
I'll certainly look to Blackmoor in future.

Lovely healthy pear tree
I am extremely pleased with the pear tree I bought from Blackmoor Nurseries. It is a lovely healthy tree, well packed in a pot inside a cardboard box. Arrived two days after purchase. They also sent detailed instructions on planting and care. I am so pleased that am planning to purchase more trees from them for presents.

Plants were well packed in great condition when they arrived, ive never seen plants so healthy come by delivery. Good coms via email with speedy delivery. Would use again without question, will be sorting plants for the garden.

My delivery of 1 litre Victoria…
My delivery of 1 litre Victoria rhubarb, which was in excellent condition, was well packaged and promptly delivered.
I only wish I had a larger I garden to purchase more of their plants.
On a delivery query they were very helpful and promptly replied to resolve the problem. I shall certainly be recommending their plants and their excellent service.

Poor courier service
My apple tree arrived a day late and had clearly been bashed around by the courier. The 2 ties to the support cane and the top of the cane were broken and some compost was loose. I believe the tree had spent the previous day out in the courier van.
The tree as supplied seemed OK. Now planted, I hope it recovers from its trauma!

Lives up to the reputation.
After having issues buying a Pink Lemonade Blueberry plant from other nurseries / sellers I decided to give Blackmoor a chance due to their good reputation.
Well it seems they live up to said reputation!
Plant is very healthy and well established, it was packaged securely without being difficult to get out the box, the shipment was fast and sent overnight. Really I wished I had chosen Blackmoor Nurseries to begin with would have saved me hassle! Can't wait to try the fruit.

Great Service and excellent product
I ordered 2 rhubarb plants on Sunday evening, they arrived midday Tuesday. The carrier rang the bell and left them on the doorstep as per my instructions.
I'm delighted with the two plants that were supplied. They were substantial in size, very healthy looking and well packed.
The price was very reasonable.
