BlackBox Hosting Arvostelua

We’ve had an excellent experience with Blackbox Hosting. Their experienced and talented team makes it easy to host customer servers seamlessly while providing the flexibility to scale as our requirements grow.

A special mention goes to Rob and the team, whose knowledge, professionalism, and outstanding service have consistently impressed us. They are always responsive, helpful, and committed to delivering reliable hosting solutions. I would highly recommend Blackbox Hosting to any business looking for a dependable hosting partner.

I have recently moved our business server over to black box hosting as we had out grown are current set up. I have found the company to be very helpful with the migration and the server appears very fast.
Everyone was very helpful.

Great personal customer service from Justin and the team in helping me get setup so fast. Always accommodating.

I run a fairly high-traffic website that has benefited enormously from using Blackbox - they became our main ISP stepping up from a reliable backup some time back. They were hugely helpful to us when we were the subject of a prolonged and determined attack, coming up with practical advice and solutions. I would have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.

Best hosting company I have ever used. Run a web company and tried loads over the years, and they were all average and slow to fix problems. Since being with BB it’s been so simple and hassle free. Keep it up guys.

Have been dealing with Blackbox for 6 months now, they have been very helpful in helping me deploy my latest Server for our remote camera systems.
Server has currently been up for 176 days and 19 hours and I could not be happier.

Superb company to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and responsive when you need them. Keen to resolve problems and give advice on solutions, even with your own equipment, helps with migrations and tying teams and companies together for the best outcome and following up afterwards.
We switched to BlackBox from another datacentre ISP around 7 years ago and haven't looked back.

We’ve been hosting my applications with BlackBox Hosting for the past 8 years, and the experience has been outstanding. Their cloud-based platform is fast, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. Whether I'm spinning up new environments or scaling existing ones, the process is smooth and intuitive.
What I appreciate most is their consistently excellent performance and uptime—critical for keeping my projects running seamlessly. My applications load quickly, and I’ve never had to worry about unexpected downtime or sluggish performance.
Their customer support is top-notch. Every time I’ve reached out, their team has responded promptly with knowledgeable, friendly assistance. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients' success.
BlackBox Hosting is perfect for developers, startups, or any business looking for a trustworthy cloud hosting provider. I highly recommend them to anyone serious about stability, speed, and service.

We've been working with Blackbox Hosting since late 2022, and they’ve quickly become an essential part of our infrastructure offering. We manage hosting for a number of clients, and finding a provider that combines performance, reliability, and value can be a challenge — but Blackbox absolutely nails it. Their platform competes with the likes of Azure in terms of capability, but with a significantly better performance-to-price ratio. Not only has the service been excellent, but we’ve had zero performance complaints from any clients since making the switch. That speaks volumes.

What really stands out, though, is their support. It’s genuinely the best I’ve experienced — and I don’t say that lightly. They’re fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you get things right. Even when we’ve needed support with something technically outside of their scope, they’ve stepped in without hesitation.

Rob in particular deserves a massive shout-out. He’s gone above and beyond time and again, always with a great attitude and a willingness to help however he can. Having that kind of person on the other end makes a huge difference, and it’s one of the main reasons we’re so confident in recommending Blackbox to others.

If you're looking for a hosting provider you can actually rely on, with top-tier service and a real human touch, Blackbox is it.

We're a relatively new partner of BlackBox, having been working with them for about the last year. They've been incredibly supportive and accommodating of our team the whole way through and we see a bright future working with them!

We have been hosting with BlackBox for the last 6 months, incredibly good service, efficient/excellent support always on hand. Would highly recommend!!

Have been involved with BlackBox for a number of years and the performance of their solutions are excellent and backed up by an extremely knowledgeable support function. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have worked with BlackBox since 2016, they provide the infrastructure for our PaaS offering. These guys not only know their stuff when it comes to the provision of hosting infrastructure and services, they are an absolute delight to work with. Matt and his team are true professionals, they are on top of their game and they offer a first class service and I reccommend them highly to anyone looking for a private cloud hosting service. In all this time we have never experienced an unplanned outage, that speaks volumes.

I've always been really impressed with BlackBox Hosting, they offer a great balance of enterprise-level performance and functionality, predictable monthly cost, and personal service. Would recommend to anyone.
