service is great and any issue is resolve fairly quick.

I used Iceline from March 2022 thru October 2025 for webhosting, and I was paying with autopayment for over 3 years of use.

At the end of September 2025 they did a whole website revamp, and the next month my auto payment was not taken (due to this site wide revamp/update)

After 6 days, I finally took notice to this. As soon as I did I reached out, and within 7 days of my bill being overdue (again, on the fault of the site) they deleted all my files and could not recover them.

For a loyal customer of 4 years - never missing or late to a payment prior - to have everything deleted after one week, over a 5 dollar late bill, is absolutely ridiculous and cheap.

I recommend going with a larger more trusted hosting service who will not delete everything of yours due to their own errors.

Was a good service until they stopped doing FiveM servers. (Kind of wonder what they were doing to have this happen.) Then go ahead and be inconsiderate to those who only used it for that service that also had deposited funds a few days prior then refuse to refund like considerate people especially due to the inconvenience they caused but but thankfully law here overrules their policy when you don't receive what you initially intended to use the money for...

I keep saying it, but if you are looking for hosting, Iceline Hosting is the perfect place for you. I have been a customer for 6 years now (since 06-2019) and I simply do not want anything else.

Unfortunately, Iceline Hosting stopped web hosting, but by now - on their advice - using a VPS and taking a cheap license from Webuzo, this problem was solved very quickly.

The 99.9% uptime that Iceline Hosting advertises on their website is also completely true. I have never had unannounced downtime so far.

Their Terms of Service are also very clear, and all necessary information is included. In particular, the clear explanation surrounding the automatic renewal and their refund policy.
