Black + Blum Arvostelua 

I'm just so pleased that Black&Blum offer spare parts. I love their items and I appreciate for environmental reasons that I don't need to buy a completely new item.

A really excellent design. The water tastes delicious, so much so it is the first thing I want when I wake up. The lip of the bottle is very on the mouth and the insulating sleeve that comes with the glass version really works to keep the water cool.

I tried this new bottle with the cool looking charcoal. My water looks better, tastes better and makes me feel good. Ergo I love my new water bottle

This product is amazing! great storage for my kitchen utensils and knives, styled not to take up too much room on the kitchen work surface and looks so trendy would recommend to anyone.

I've just bought a new Dish Rack to replace the one I bought a good few years ago.

Glad to see they have amended the size of the cutlery holder - shows they do continue to work to improve an already excellent design...

A very obliging and amenable company. The products are of uniformly high quality, both design and manufacture, and a joy to use. The customer service staff are courteous and efficient. Altogether a wonderful company.

I would review the item but I haven't received it. DPD lost it and I am still waiting a replacement to be sent overall very dissatisfied with the service provided regarding the situation.

I ordered my product in the monronf and the bect day it had already been delivered to my house. The product itself is amazing! It's perfect for carrying milk for cereal and soup for lunch to work. The fact it comes with a spoon is also a massive plus! I've got multiple products now and will always continue to buy from black+blum!!!

Shouldn't have to have bought a replacement in the first place....again!

I bought one of these food pots last year for my partner and he's used it nearly everyday since and it's still in amazing condition. I finally bought one for myself and my sister and I'm loving using mine. Started a detox and needed to transport my own food when I travel to work etc. The lunch pot is an excellent product.

Everyone in my family bought a water bottle each and I think they are great, look great tastes great. Unfortunately when I bought one it broke on the first day by the bottle falling on to its side on the table. The fall was pathetically small and tapped the metal clasp which they pushed through and broke the glass bottle. Weather it was a weak defect in this bottle or a floor with in the product, as an engineer with a deep understanding of material science and design I find this an unacceptable floor. The product would have gone through more force in my rucksack on a walk had it made it that far. Unfortunatley I would have to recommend, in my consderably knowledgeable, opinion that this product has a problem or the company is simply not willing to accept warranty claims. Therefore for the price of 30 pounds (including pnp) is far to much of a gamble on a product with a design floor and essentially no warranty. A shame as they are very pretty and the charcoal does work.

Four month old lunch pot lid broke when undoing it. I threw the lid away but despite having my receipt and Customer Service accepting that this was not 'normal wear and tear' they wouldn't replace it because I didn't have a photo. I think that's pretty poor and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I have used the Black and Blum products and found them all to be fantastic , but the vacuum flasks , despite great appearance do not keep drinks hot for 6 hours as suggested .
Warm yes but not hot - a bit disappointing.

Everything was nicely packed. The replacement lids are perfect, love the cookbook. New box appetite is superb, husband is very happy. Delivered very fast too. Thank you.

Ordered some replacement forks for my Box Appetit. They arrived quite promptly, appropriately packed and the delivery cost was reasonable.
