So far the best bottle out there, doesn't add any funky taste to the coffee and it's truly spill proof.
One small downside is that it doesn't hold the temperature that well, but it's understandable since it's not a vacuum flask.

Very good idea, keeps food fresh. I shredded some lettuce for a salad bowl to take camping as night before prep. My wife said that will turn brown and I said it shouldn't do, and lo and behold it was still green ( it might have been a one off).
And I also now take a salad bowl and side bowl for my lunches, instead of wrapping in clingfilm or foil or using old plastic tubs. I am very pleased with my purchases and will most likely be buying some more boxes instead of bowls.

I ordered 2 insulated travel cups for use with our daily commute and family trips. Having tried many brands that failed to last, my wife and I are very pleased to have a reliable, well insulated leak proof cup, for what is an essential part of everyday. The best coffee moments have the right blend, cup and atmosphere, wherever we are, we've got the first two! The customer services team were also very prompt on a cup lid part replacement.

Excellent customer service. My lunch box lid kept opening up even with it sealed and the band around it. I emailed B&B and within 24 hours the matter was sorted with a new lid sent out.

I ordered a Insulated Travel Cup, which advertises it as "Insulated to keep drinks hot or cold for hours". I took that to mean an hour or more on a commute, my drink would still be hot.

The first time I used it, an hour and a half after leaving home it was cold. The product was therefore useless for my commute.

I contacted customer services, it took a week for them to respond, they then asked me to perform some tests, which, I had already done (tried heating the mug before use using boiling water) etc. They also asked me if I had done it up properly, things like that.. Eventually they reluctantly gave me a postage label for me to post it back to them, for them to test.

They then told me they had received and tested it, and found no issue with it. So returned it to me, as they do not accept refunds on used products.

This is a scam, as the item does not perform as advertised, 'hot for hours' should not mean less than one hour, in the UK (not like I took it into sub zero temperatures). The only way to know if it works is to use it, and therefore forfeit your right to return it. I have been mis sold a product for £25 and a whole lot of hassle for weeks on end, to still end up with nothing but a totally cold cup of tea.

It’s pretty terrible. It doesn’t keep heat, no more than few hours. Given the price, quite disappointing.. The design looks good until you start using it.. I bought five items all at once. I missed the return window. The ones still in boxes will be given away to charity..

J'ai commandé une lunch box + un verre de remplacement. Le verre de remplacement n'est pas a la bonne taille, je me suis probablement trompée mais le site est tellement brouillon sur les verre de remplacement des lunch box en verre que l'on se perd quasi à tous les coups. Il serait bcp plus simple de proposer le verre de remplacement adéquat lors de la commande en laissant le choix au client évidemment. A croire que c'est fait exprès. Ce sont des produits chers et le service n'est pas a la hauteur.
