Pens are good but they sent 1 colour I had pressed for multi colours, I normally use pens.ie but these popped up and had Good reviews, no customer service, even the robot chat is rubbish and doesn't help , you can't upload a photo on it and it insists you have to to continue, their email listed here on trust pilot just directs you to the chat bot so you get nowhere, and no contact number either, a bloody disaster, and so frustrating to contact, I am disappointed that I'm now stuck with 250 blue pens so I won't order again as pens.ie is much more straight forward to order multi colours from.
Just read reply and would you believe the contact form sends you back to chat bot where you can't continue unless you upload a photo but there is no way to upload. So a pointless reply of no use whatsoever. Order number was

UPDATE #2: Contacted customer support....Nothing. Not a word.

UPDATE: received 2 of the 3 packages on 14th of August...A day after the event I needed them for. Both boxes were damaged and stickers are unusable.

Paid extra for delivery on the 7th of August. It is now the 13th and I still haven't received anything.

If your website says your company is based in Ireland. I would to know im dealing with a Portuguese company and my printing is done in Portugal not Ireland. Not how I do business.

Everything else is ok but with extra charges of delivery i was aspecting it would be on time but it was one day late..other than that perfect

Customer service is completely non-existent.

My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. It was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately contacted Bizay. On July 21, I received an automated email asking me to provide a sworn statement confirming that I had not received the package, which I submitted the very same day.

Despite several follow-up emails, I have received no response whatsoever. Today is July 28, and my case has simply been ignored. No updates, no information about whether an investigation has been opened with the carrier, no proposed solution, absolutely nothing.

The very least a company should do is respond to its customers and keep them informed about the progress of their case, especially after they have sent multiple follow-up messages. This prolonged silence is incomprehensible and unfortunately gives the impression that the goal is simply to let the situation drag on in the hope that I will eventually give up.

As things stand today, I have no package, no refund, and not a single piece of information from Bizay. If this situation continues, I will have no choice but to take the necessary legal and consumer protection steps to obtain a full refund and enforce my rights.

A word of advice to anyone considering buying from Bizay: always pay with PayPal. At least then you have a way to force the seller to deal with the issue in the event of a dispute. Just look at how Bizay replies to almost every one-star review, except those from customers who never received their package. That alone strongly suggests they intend to let these cases drag on in the hope that people will eventually give up.
