I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Bitrix24 has been extremely disappointing.
The main reason I subscribed was to manage my business emails CRM, but this feature did not work properly from the beginning. After connecting my email, none of my existing emails (Inbox and Sent) were synchronized or visible. Only new emails started appearing later, which completely defeats the purpose of using such a system.
I spent over a week contacting support, sending detailed explanations and screenshots multiple times. Unfortunately, the support was very slow, repetitive, and ineffective. Every time I received a reply, I had to explain the entire issue again from the beginning, with no real progress.
Even worse, despite the issue clearly being on their side, no proper solution was provided. In the end, I was told that refunds are not possible, even though the service did not work as expected.
This experience cost me time, energy, and negatively impacted my business.
I cannot recommend Bitrix24 to anyone who depends on reliable email synchronization or professional support.

There is no way to contact anyone
There is no way to contact anyone. The system does not send me my reset email link and I have not been able to login. Thank god this was only after I entered 5 clients I’ve called, emailed and read all of the articles and nothing has worked. The system seemed good while I was able to use it but the lack of support is awful when running a business

We are dealing with UAE Bitrix24 partner "KeenEnter", everything is mess, nothing is working properly, we submited a complaint to Bitrix24. But they didn't respond and they did nothing..... the worst CRM i have ever seen.
Frustrating Experience with Assigned Bitrix24 Admin
We are extremely disappointed with our experience using Bitrix24, mainly because of the admin assigned to our company.
We have paid the full amount for the CRM expecting proper support and guidance during onboarding. Unfortunately, the experience has been the opposite. The system has been difficult for our team to use, and instead of receiving helpful support, we faced unprofessional and rude behavior from the assigned admin.
The admin has been unresponsive at times, not solution-oriented, and dismissive of our concerns. For a paid CRM service, we expected proper assistance, training, and respectful communication — none of which we consistently received.
In contrast, our experience with Zoho CRM and their admin team has been excellent. They were supportive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the setup and usage process.
We invested in Bitrix24 hoping for a smooth CRM implementation, but the lack of proper support has made it frustrating and inefficient for our team. Very disappointing experience.
The product is clunky and very dated…
The product is cmunky and very dated looking. Many integrations in the app market place dont work or are out of date. The “support” is absolutely shockingly bad. On a high tier paid subscription and getting human replies to a support request takes weeks, then they simply direct to support pages; basically they take zero ownership or delivery any actual support. It is very very cheap in comparison to other crms, however the time lost trying to solve issues I would totally recommend just coughing up for Salesforce, click up, monday or something that has respect for their paying clients. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS TO USE THIS SYSTEM.

Missing Features on Bitrix24 Global Server
I purchased the Professional plan to access the electronic signature and workflow automation tools.
After hours of setup, I found that these functions are disabled on the Global (UAE) cluster, even though they’re clearly advertised. Bitrix24 never disclosed this limitation before purchase.
Support has ignored multiple emails and provided no solution.
I strongly advise any company outside the EU or Russia to avoid Bitrix24 until they clearly communicate what’s actually included in each regional version.
Poor transparency, no accountability, and a complete waste of time and money.
Terrible experience that only gets worse
I've been using Bitrix24 since last year, and I have to say: in the last few months, especially the last month, it feels like the platform has been abandoned and all the staff have been replaced by a dumb AI. Support has been taking days, if not weeks, to respond. We're experiencing an error with card merging that's been open for over a month. Changes are made out of the blue, without warning, and we have to constantly find new ways to do things. It seems to create more problems than solutions. No CRM card can be deleted, and merging doesn't work, so we created a column just to isolate cards that need to be merged and/or deleted. Automations don't pull updated numbers or contact names, so we have to create new cards when we correct someone's number or contact name, otherwise it sends automated messages with the old/incorrect information. We're constantly having problems connecting to WhatsApp, and we thought it was a Meta issue, but it's actually Bitrix. We're starting to evaluate new platforms to migrate our entire operation, and it's going to be a lot of work, but it looks like it'll be worth it.

This problem happens repeatedly and disrupts our workflow. We have already reported this issue several times, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet.
We kindly ask you to fix this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will be forced to leave the platform. :(

Ce n'est pas un simple CRM comme Hubspot ou GHL ; C'est un couteau suisse, il faut apprendre à le maitriser avant de le critiquer.

The crm is very slow and lacks lots of basic features. The support is terrible, don't bother even contacting since nothing will be resolved and some may use translate to understand basic english.
It gets worse and worse every year.
Bitrix24 has been one of the most frustrating experiences for my business.
No matter what you do — change the password, log out — anyone who is already logged in stays logged in. There is no proper session destroy or force logout system. Whether it's the mobile app or desktop, the user remains logged in as if nothing happened.
Because of this serious flaw, I suffered a major loss in my business.
When I contacted support, it took 3 hours for someone to respond, only to tell me, "We don’t have that option."
I’ve been paying $200/month for the past 3 years, and I feel completely taken for granted.
On top of that, the user experience has gone from bad to worse. Poor service, poor security, and zero accountability.
This platform is dreadful
Don't waste your time or energy using Bitrix24. Within seconds of signing up, I was receiving junk mail written in Vietnamese. Changing the language to English didn't work and I was told it wouldn't be possible to delete my account for 50 days. Furthermore, there is no way to 'unsubscribe' from their emails.

Trash. Not many useful features. The support was bad now its worse since they also and i quote "may need to use translate to better understand english"

The worst customer support and very limited features
Terrible customer support. It takes more than 24 hours to respond. A service that is far from affordable and presents significant challenges. HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT.
It's impossible to work smoothly with this CRM due to absurd limitations and errors. It’s sold as an "affordable" CRM, but if you want to use basic features, you have to pay extra for plans outside of your original service. But the worst part is the incompetence of the support agents. Simply put, all the platform’s errors are your fault.
