Bought the 1 month plan and even added the 60 something dollars for the AI thinking I will have a live conversation with an AI avatar as advised, but nothing only chatbot I mean who pays 60 bucks to have a chat with a chatbot. Now when I try cancelling my subscription I get user with email not found, so far have disputed the transaction with the bank hoping to get my refund. Please just be honest with your advertisement.

I want to to cancel my subscription, initially it charged 15 pound ,but next month charged 35 without my consent.
When ism trying to cancel subscription, there are no options shows

This is a SCAM.
There is no real AI Tutor for verbal communication.
I tried to unsubscribe within the 7-day trial period but the CANCELLATION BUTTON on the APP is FAKE!

I even sent many emailss to info@bit??y.org and replied to the private message as what the FB customer service officially instructed. The company still KEPT CHARGING me for 3 months !

I have to close my account and report to the case to local police so as to stop their illegal billing!!!

Very much money oriented. The advertisement is misleading. You have to enrol with a £15 commitment but for the AI coach you need another £44.
Such a rip off. Use chat gpt for free speaking tool.

I paid £44 now and upgraded Bitsey. It still doesn’t allow me to access the AI speak correcting coach. I need to type and it will give me the answer. Free chat chat gpt can do it.

8Agree, with another coment which I've just read for Bitesy app. Their English app is very basic, I went on a 3 months trial but they were trying to sell another AI product, before I could confirm they've taken £44 from me in no time. I tried emailing them for refund and no reply. Now I've got to raise this with my bank to cancel any future payments. They don't have any cancellation feature that works. When I click on cancel my subscription it says cant find my email. How funny they can't find my email but have stored all my payment details. Seriously, stay away from them.

Scammers, I subscribed because of their Facebook ads about communication skills improvement, when I subscribed for three months then I come to know that its just set of some MCQs without any Ai interactive chatbot. I tried to contact with them so many times but they didn't respond. There is not refund option and subscription cancel page is not working.
Now I want refund but have not found any refund option.
Please refund my payment $29.99.

I have emailed you multiple times to your given email id but you have not replied any time. I have also sent you a facebook message but you have not replied yet. Please give me another email id then I can contact with you. And your site's subscription cancellation page is not working. Please fix it.

Sharing my experience so others don’t get stuck like I did.I subscribed through their platform, but when I tried to cancel:
There is no clear way to unsubscribe on the app or website
I sent multiple emails(info at bitesy.org) to support and received no response
There is no contact number or real customer support available

It’s a complete dead end once they have your payment details.

This feels like a subscription trap — you can get in easily, but getting out is extremely difficult.

⚠️ If you’re thinking about using Bitesy, be very careful.
Do NOT enter your card details unless you’re 100% sure.

If you’re already subscribed, contact your bank immediately and block further charges.

This business is a scam. I skimmed through to see what it is about, somehow they got my information and tried to charge me. I never considered subscribing to it at all. Hope people out there have to be careful. Doing business with no ethics is not acceptable to me.

This is an app which will take your money and then there is no email from them, no contact, they will disappear. i am not even able to access lessons for which i paid because they didnt send me any email to set the login

They don’t return the money during their 14 day period. Every feature is additional cost. I signed the yearly plan and on the second itself wanted them to cancel it. But did not receive any response. The app does not allow you to cancel the subscription. Please be extremely careful on the Bitesy thing.

Not a well developed app - no contact info, cant unsubscribe this. they have a button to unsubscribe but it redirects to signing up again. Very bad experience with this app.

This app is a total rip-off. They lure you in for a month and then block you from unsubscribing. Zero customer support. They completely ignore emails while they keep stealing your money. How is this even legal? DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I purchased a subscription after seeing an advertisement that claimed I could talk to an AI and improve my confidence in speaking. After paying £68.18, what I received was just a very basic and disappointing AI chatbot.

When I tried to contact customer care, they were unreachable and have not responded to my messages. The advertisement promised a 30-day money-back guarantee, but I am unable to cancel the subscription or request a refund.

They sent several emails encouraging me to purchase the subscription, but once I made the payment, they completely disappeared.
Don't subscribe!!!
