The stones are amazing . I use them in my Ooni ovens for commercial catering . They are much easier to work with and provide a more consistent pizza . The customer service was also very good . Quick and personal responses .

I have been searching for a replacement biscotto stone for months, but could find no Italian manufacturers that ship to the U.S. anymore. I thought I was out of luck until I found Biscotto Stones International.

I sent an email asking about the availability of a stone that I thought might fit, and Tom responded the same day asking for more information on my exact needs. After a few days of searching, he was able to source the exact size I needed. I placed the order and received the stone in five days!

Purchased the biscotto stone for Ooni Koda 16 works as advertised. Allows you to achieve the perfect underneath crust without burning the top. I heat the oven for 45 minutes on high, then just before baking the pizza turn down the heat to low, I also use a flame guard.
