Birdie used to confirm visit every week…

Birdie used to confirm visit every week but now it’s no longer showing…it’s only saying no visits confirmed until my payday and thus wrong..

Hello there. The Birdie app only displays visits that have been confirmed by your care or finance manager. So, if the visit is not showing, it's not because it's no longer an option on the app - but instead because it hasn't been confirmed by them. Therefore it may be good to check in with your care manager, or the agency directly, to ask about these visits. I hope that helps, please do let me know if so. Lucy from Birdie

I think Birdie works very well

I think Birdie works very well. It would be nice if there was more emotions to choose but other than that, it's been great.

It's really good and easy to us.e the only thing I would change is when you put food in, if its not observed you can't put how much they've eaten so that needs to be scrapped.

In regards to the food observations, Birdie has now made it possible to record even more detail when recording food observations! Carers will now be able to differentiate between observed and not observed food intake and record the portion of food consumed within the Birdie app. If you have any issues with this please drop support a message, they'd be more than happy to help!
