It is promoted online to receive 3 gifts for purchase of $85 or more and I’ve just spend almost $300 on my order and never was given an option to choose any three gift. I even cleared my history and nothing. This has never happened before as I’ve been able to use a coupon before. Really disappointed.

Bad support and not trustworthy
When I first came to your site I spun and received $20 off which I never got. Today I received a text for 30% off which I didn’t get either. This will be my last order from your site.i also chatted with someone on your site and they said to give it time to get the $20. Never received it. Not trusting anymore.

Misleading “Prizes”
I like your products… At the end, there was something about winning a free beer thing. When I read the fine print, it was a free beer thing, with subscription only to their products. Clearly, this was meant to be a click and bait tactic and get people to subscribe to something. It’s NOT winning if it’s misleading. That makes me want to buy on your website less. I purposefully didn’t buy on Amazon because I’d like to give Biossance business, but when you put misleading marketing stuff like that at the end… It makes me not want to buy from your company.

Best skincare ever!
I absolutely love my Biossance products! I am happy because whenever I run out of product, they seem to be running some kind of sale so I feel like I can afford to replace them. I use the Vitamin C Rose Oil almost every night and my skin looks so great after applying it and in the morning. The Squalene and Vitamin C Rose Oil moisturizer is amazing as well! This company has fantastic products and always makes it easy to purchase by having wonderful sales! I will keep purchasing and trying new products when they come out!
