Great service

Excellent product and service . I am very pleased . Thank you :)

Extremely happy with the service of Big Pop Store. The 20% discount meant I got my figure at a great price and it was shipped promptly and safely. I recommend Big Pop Store to all

Great Seller, would recommend :) Quick delivery and item was well packaged - Overall great service

Fast delievery great price and all round excellent service

I am super happy with the Iron Fist pop I ordered. Delivered exactly when they said and the packaging was amazing, which is important to an in box collector like me. Can’t fault the service and I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else.

4 items purchased, 1 incorrect. Emailed 2 times and have no response. No contact number available to call.generally just bad customer service .

Have tryed to get hold of company by emal to ay item is damaged and they do not get back to me, poor customer service

Fast delivery, packaged very well. Love my purchase!!!

Bought expensive, vaulted and (very) limited pop! Quality was better than expected, came in hardstack. Fast shipping, good communication. Buy with confidence!

First class service from start to finish!

Easy site to Use, I found some good funko pops at a good price I ordered them and they come fast and boxed really well, I will be ordering again

Friendly staff. Item well packaged, fast delivery

Fantastic great service fast shipping.website has some hard to find pops at great prices

Entered a lucky dip for a Pop figure. On the page it stated that UK shipping was included in the £13.99 price - I have screenshots! However when contacting Big Pop Store no one EVER got back to me about this to considering refunding my shipping cost of £5. Trying to contact them on social media was useless too as they barely responded to me or anyone else claiming for their shipping price back and is NO availability to message them directly. Contacting this company is not easy!!

Good service great delivery all round good experience

Over charged and REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY poor customer service. It stated the product was 13.99 shipping included and got charged 18.99. I messaged them and no response

I bought a Funko Pop - used - to replace one I had broken from my partner collection.
It is a rare one, so I paid 15 pounds, no box etc.
However the package was not wel done, and there almost any plastic protecting the Pop. I received it at my place BROKEN. So, no good replacement. Pop Store should know how to pack better their sales. Apart from this I send an e-mail complaining about it and never got an answer.
Won't buy in this shop again
