The best shop for Roblox items, period.
Rbxitem always helps out my 9-year-old son with his gaming adventures. The service is prompt and the few interactions I have had with staff at Rbxitem have always been friendly and professional. I was sketchy at first to buy from them, but my son convinced me Rbxitem was legit, and he couldn't have been more right. Rbxitem is a well run business that cares about gamers. We are, and will remain, regular customers of Rbxitem. Thank you guys, for the hard work you do.

We are truly grateful for your kind words. It makes us incredibly happy to hear that we were able to provide you with great service. Wishing you a wonderful day and fun games to your lovely son! 😊
Did not get what I paid for.
I buy from them form time to time and always get it.
However, they didn't give me a unit in TTD that showed on sale for $13. Instead, they offered some gems that didn't equal to it. I went back and the unit was 3 times as much. Mispriced, but they should have honored it. Very disappointed.

Vastaus yritykseltä Rbxitem
Hello dear customer, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Yes, you are right, we offered you 70K Gems for 13 dollars instead of that product. As you can see, 70K Gems is almost equal to 30-35 dollars. And we asked you if we should refund your 13 dollars or give you almost 3 times as many gems instead. Because there was a technical error. You asked for a refund, and we provided your refund.
Again, we apologize to you for this.
I hope you have a good day,
