Refused to Honour their Warranty
Faulty Aircon unit was reported to Amazon on Tuesday the 23rd of June at 4.47pm (still within the warranty period) when the Amazon manager said he had contacted you for a replacement. He said a new one was being sent out and to put the dangerous one that almost set fire to our house in the box that the new one was being sent in (we have the recording) and Amazon would have it collected. After not receiving my new unit I then contacted Amazon again on Thursday the 9th of July to complain that the new unit still had not been received. The Amazon representative told me that although my complaint had been received on the 23rd of June, the manager failed to action the replacement, and has thus probably been sacked/dismissed by now!
You now claim its 'Out of Warranty' and now have failed to replace this dangerous item so I will post the video of it melting the wires and tripping the electricity out in my house on Social Media AND tag your company in the video. Then ill take you to court and do you for failure to honor your warranty, distress, sleepless nights etc etc etc!
I reported this within the warranty date, you MUST honor it and if you have any issues, you take it out with Amazon!
You have 7 days to respond or we will be posting the video and taking action promptly.

We did not receive any contact from Amazon regarding this matter on 23 June, and no member of our team or management made any commitment to replace your unit at that time.. The first communication we received was from Amazon Customer Services on 9 July 2026, requesting assistance after the manufacturer's warranty had already expired.
We have no access to conversations between customers and Amazon, so we cannot verify or comment on any advice or assurances you say were given by Amazon representatives. Any comments regarding an Amazon manager being dismissed or assurances allegedly given by Amazon relate solely to your dealings with Amazon and are not something we can verify or comment on. If Amazon advised you that a replacement had been arranged before contacting us, this is a matter that can only be investigated by Amazon, as we cannot honour or investigate commitments made on their behalf.
We therefore ask that any comments about our handling of this matter accurately reflect the communication that actually took place between Amazon and ourselves.
