Die Fahrt mit dem Bus ist sehr zu empfehlen, weil man vom offenen Deck sehr gut sehen und fotografieren kann. Leider verkehrt die grüne Linie nur alle 90 Minuten, d.h. nach dem Aussteigen auf Yas-Island muß man 90 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus warten, was zu lange ist, wenn in der Moschee wegen großem Andrang schon viel Zeit verstríchen ist.

Great value for money clean bus careful driver intelligent and obliging it was the best way to see Abhu Dhabi

BIG Bus tour in Abu Dhabi is punctual and great sightseeing at Red Route. Unfortunately, due to short trip stay, we did not get a chance to see the Green Route.

We will be back again to see more via BIG BUS :)

Dear Big Bus Team,
Sorry, but till now my impression of Big Bus service is poor. I have an Abu Dhabi Deluxe Ticket. Your Website says, ther shall be Great Extras included ike Sharjah Tour, Dubai Creek Cruise, Desert Sunset Experience, Palm Island Drive . So I went to Big Bus "office" in Mall of the Emirates to ask, and they said, "Sorry Mam" but only Atlantis Lost Chambers would be inclusded in the Abu Dhabi Deluxe Ticket, And first I would have to go to Abu Dhabi to get the ticket stamped or something. The Lady in Dubai telephoned with Dubai, and explained to me, that all the other mentioned extratours would be only for the dubai ticket holders.
I would like to complain, because on your website it is clearly said, that "The following attractions are included with our City Pass, free with all Big Bus Tours Abu Dhabi Deluxe Tickets". So why does your service-staff not know this, neither in Dubai, nor in Abu Dhabi?
You should either make better descriptions on your Website or inform your service staff better about the handling of free extras in the other city.
Sorry but till now I am disapointed.
I hope I will get a better impression of your service when I will join the tours and extras in Abu Dhabi.... Kind greetings, Kirstin Kabasci

Horrible - the bus dropped us off one stop too far from the included boat ride - Dhow Corniche Cruise - Big Bus provides with the Premium ticket purchase. The driver told us to walk across a mall parking lot and head towards some random marina. We walked to the marina and there were no signs directing people to the boat We walked and walked around the entire marina (about 40 minutes), asking random marina employees. No one ever heard of the Big Bus boat tours. We ended up giving-up and wish we hadn't done the Big Bus tour. I want my money back!!!!!

Great way to discover Abu Dhabi. But it would be better, if there would be signs at the stops. We could not find the right stops on the Corniche. The employees have been very nice and helpful.

Bus frequency vor the red line (1 hour) is ok beause you can walk often from one stop to the other but Bus frequency of green line (2 hours) is to long.

Excellent Bus tour of Abu Dhabi. The Grand Mosque was amazing site to see and how the city is expanding so quickly. It will be one wonderful city to visit in the coming years as new hotels and attractions open to tourists. Very, very clean for a middle east country and lots of fantastic restaurants and malls to visit. Very American and UK similarities.

Tour an sich sehr gut, (rot+grün) leider keine einzige Haltestelle gut sichtbar bzw. gut angeschrieben. Ich bin an drei Haltestellen vorbei gelaufen und sie nicht erkannt. (10, 11 und 12) Eine Katastrophe bei 40 Grad Celsius. Kein einziger Aufkleber oder Hinweis. Deswegen schlechte Bewertung. Verbesserungswürdig.

Awesome friendly staff, very helpful.

We went on a Friday as we had no other free day. Our expectations were low as Friday is the Muslim holy day. Bring a quieter day made for a pleasant experience. Most things were open and the Mosque opened at 2.30pm, so we were able to experience this amazing place. The bus staff could not be more helpful and friendly. It is more expensive than most Big Bus tours in other cities but well worth it.

Website states buses were every 30 minutes when in reality they were only every 1 hour and 45 mins to 2 hours meaning that our day in Abu Dhabi ended up being wasted and money was spent on Taxi's to ensure I could take my guest to all the places they wanted to see.

Everything OK. Only Bus Stops are difficult to find If you are Not arrived at Same place.

We bought the two day ticket and did both routes, covering big distances. As a result, we saw so much of Abu Dhabi that would not have been possible. It gave us a real insight into Abu Dhabi present and future.
Staff were very friendly and it was great to have cold bottled water provided. Would definitely suggest at least two days unless you don’t want to get off the bus. We also did the free Dhow trip which was lovely. Plan your route carefully and choose just a few things to actually get off and see as each route is long.

Little bit too chaotic. Operating times not clear. Corniche Cruise in the morning was cancelled without any information. Drivers sometimes skip a stop without information. That is definitely not ok!

The are no signs for the bus stops on the street. You have to ask around to find the right spot. The bus frequence is every 30 minutes/1 hour and not synchronized between the two lines. This means you loose too much time waiting for the bus in the bare sun without shade. In May there was an unexpected and unannounced change of bus shedules for the summer season and the buses changed the frequence to 1hour/2 hours which makes day planning impossible. Every other city has better hop-on/hop-off offers. In Abu Dhabi i recommend to take a taxi/rent a driver to be more flexibel and probably cheaper. Overall an bad and overprized experience...

Very good service once we were on the bus. One of the stops was supposed to be near our hotel but could not find a dedicated stop. Only got on it after walking around for some time and saw it by chance, so rushed to catch it. Still did not see a dedicated bus stop.
