We used the Big Bus Tour to see the main sights in Abu Dhabi. The Grand Mosque and Presidential Palace were fantastic. The drivers were all so helpful and welcoming, especially Murganan and Raja, who ensured we got the correct entrance tickets for each venue. The on board commentary is excellent too. I would definitely recommend using the tour to see as much of this fabulous city as you can.

Helpful staff
We thought the staff were very helpful. It was great to see that Raju helped people with strollers off the bus. He was very helpful at giving directions at stops. It stops at the main attractions. We were told that the route was disrupted a little due to the cycling. The commentary was also informative

We had a great experience with big bus tours! Especially Raju is a great driver 🙏👍, very kind and helpful.
we missed signs on where the bus does stop.
The app is very handy to see where the bus is at the moment.

For at komme til Sheikh Zayed moske
For at komme til Sheikh Zayed moske, skal man udfylde en formular. Nasim kom straks, og tilbød os sin hjælp. Han koblede os på sit eget net, og vi fik formularen udfyldt i fællesskab.
Et tip. Vil man gerne lytte til guiderne i bussen via hovedtelefonerne, medbring dine egne. Lydkvaliteten forbedres væsentlig. Der er rundt stik. Kan kun anbefale Hop on Hop off.

Hop-on/Hop-off nie wieder in Abu Dhabi
Hop on/Hop off bin ich schon in vielen Städten gefahren. Das hier in Abu Dhabi hat damit aber wenig zu tun. Sehr teuer. Das größte Manko, der Bus fährt nur alle 3 Stunden. Steigt man einmal aus, muss man wirklich 3 Stunden warten, bis der nächste Bus kommt. Noch besser, von unserer Station, WTC, fährt man ca. 15 Min bis zur Abu Dhabi Mall - dann macht der Bus erst einmal 1 Stunde Pause! Unglaublich. Die Busbegleiterin hat von Dienstleistung und Service noch nichts gehört und kam uns ziemlich frech entgegen. Das machte der Busfahrer zum Glück aber wieder gut. Und bei der zweiten Tour wurde es nicht besser. Da fiel dann die Audioanlage auf dem Außendeck aus und konnte auch nicht wieder gestartet werden. Ich kann den BigBus absolut nicht empfehlen!

Prenotati e pagato (caro) 2 biglietti on line per il 29 dicembre . La direzione rispondeva velocemente con addebito e congratulazioni per l'acquisto.Avevamo chiesto informazioni di come raggiungere la fermata più vicina a Central Bus Station in quanto arrivavamo da Dubai, oggi 4 gennaio stiamo ancora aspettando. Assistenza cliente online inesistente . I bus (2 o 3 al massimo) passano ogni ora e più ,noi sulla Corniche Road abbiamo aspettato 100 min. Sconsigliamo vivamente di servirsi di questo Bus.Consigliamo invece di visitare le principali attrazioni con il Taxi (molto conveniente) veloci ed economici . Le attrazioni che propongono nel loro tour sono un .....sogno, addirittura due linee quando si riesce a malapena visitare una attrazione soltanto.
Ad Abu Dhabi questo bus dovrebbe essere soppresso per non ingannare altri turisti . La Mappa e i tempi che propongono sono ingannevoli.

Trés bonne visite d'Abu Dhabi.
Très bonne visite d'Abu Dhabi en effectuant les deux tours complets (ligne rouge et ligne verte) sur une journée. Beaucoup de monde le matin (étage supérieur parfois complet) et quasiment tout seul l'après-midi. Personnel compétent, efficace et agréable, en particulier un des chauffeurs: Murugan. Attention pour le grand tour (ligne verte), il y a beaucoup de vent si vous êtes à l'étage à l'arrière.

Well organised and friendly drivers and hosts, but limited available time to enjoy more than one stop-off, due to timetable constraints.
First bus at 09.45 and last bus at 17.00.
Buses reasonably comfortatable with A/C and headphones for commentary.
No toilets available.

Hello, I took the Deluxe ticket with my parents visiting Abu Dhabi and it was very good, very nice and very informative, I am delighted!
except for two things: the Dhow cruise no longer exists and the yacht cruise is not very good and not very "VIP".

good - But not good enough
One hour between every bus in Abu Dhabi is definitely too long. The bus station on gps were not exactly located. We missed the bus and took a taxi...
And 20 Minutes waiting time at 45 degrees was heavy. Every 30 Minutes every bus would be perfect. And locate your gps points exactly! And point of interest with a walk of more than half an hour ( Iranian Souk) is a Little bit to much with that temperature.

Crew are friendly and helpful with warm hospitality and contagious smiles.

Really not worth at all! Very unpleasant
Always very happy with BigBus but really not this time. They changed the map before we arrived without letting us know by mail. Really to expensive for what it is in Abu Dhabi. BigBus in Dubai was great last year. On the website they mentionned a City Pass but we never got this one and nobody here knows what this is. It’s just a waste of time and money. If you are on Yas Island, just take the Yas Express, it’s for free, or take the public bus, it’s cheap.

I purchased ticket for 2 which includes…
I purchased ticket for 2 which includes show cruise.
I am not able to understand that cruise finishes at 4 30 and last bus lease 4 30. Why this connection is exactly same time and if u reach 430 from cruise u cannot walk to bus pickup point in few seconds.
And the more big thing staff of big but at marina mall point. Very non cooperative and with poor customer service to handle such situations.
Pls work on it to show good gestures to visitors.
