The handed folder shows clearly that the unlimited-attraction-pass includes all Abu Dhabi, Transfer to Dubai, all Dubai, Transfer back to Abu Dhabi. If you look on the homepage, there is also shown all this as included.

When you are then on the Bus in Abu Dhabi, you get the information, that Dubai is not included and there is no tranfer to Dubai available.

I showed the women on the bus the folder, which shows all this. She meant, that this would be an outdated folder. I asked for an actual one. She came back after tourstart and gave me exact the same folder again and ran away without saying a single word.

This is FRAUD!
For having an evidence for this fraud I aditionally downloaded/saved the entire page of BigBus.

Tourstops:
- Marina Mall: nice to shop, for having a coffe or a snack
- Etihad Towers Observation Deck: a must see - I think
- Zayed Centre: 15min and you are through a collection of some of the
sheik's belongings. At 2pm we was thrown out bcause of closing (the
Bus drives to this point until 5pm!?
- Etihad Antiques Collection: 5 rooms with several "holiday-pictures" of
just two artists
- Mosque: must see
- Yas: not visited
- Mangrooves: not visited
- Saadiyat Island: just one museum which is open, thismuseum holds
just three exhibits, the Cafe is closed, the Restaurant is open, all the
rest of the museum is closed (we of course asked).
- Emirates Palace: nice to see
- ...
- Heritage Village: nice to see
- Dow Cruise: unfortunately just four times a day - we didn't make it

all in all: wasted money

I was not happy with the frequency of the buses for the Yas Island portion and the 2 hour gap at the end of the day to get from the City Tour to the Yas Island tour. I ended up taking a cab. Terrible

on time and easy way to the city

Well organized and the information given is interesting. Pick-up from the cruise port is very convenient.

All good and enjoyed our rides. Schedule could be 1/2-hourly for more convenience and the last bus from the Sheikh Zayed bus is a bit early when you would like to see the mosque illuminated.

Excellent day trip great service helpful staff

We are a family of four and took a two-day tour in Abu Dhabi. The service is excellent, personnel and drivers are very friendly and helpful.
Points for development: absence of wi-fi internet was upsetting given much higher prices compared to other countries.

We enjoyed visiting Abu Dhabi with BBT. From top floor you have great view and audio description is okay. One bus had no audio in some upper seats. It is a bit expensive for one day but it is okay if you buy the 2 days ticket. It needs more cleaning as you find papers and used plastic bottles on the floor of all buses. Overall it is a recommended method to see this town if you have only 1-2 days to spend in town.

Wait times at the change 70min! Bus drives far too many hotels and malls. You have a whole day for the route (5-6 hours with transfer times).

This was definitely the best way to experience the best sites in Abu Dhabi. Friendly staff especially the ticket staff makes it a comfortable and enjoyable outing.

Guide and bus driver were very helpful and friendly and explained the route and when to expect the bus to return. Bus driver let me sit in the bus on a super cold day while we were waiting for the daparture time!

I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and sightseeing,unfortunately the weather got very bad and we all had to be squashed inside the small covered area. Regardless,our driver made an effort to drive around quickly and safely so that we could finish our tour.

This was my first time to Abu Dhabi and Dubai and I must say the big bus tour was I think the most convinent way to see the city in the short span.

I had booked the Dubai - Abu Dhabi combination package and enjoyed both the cities.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and the best part they always have a smile on their face.

The only point which I felt was an
Issue was the shuttle transfer between abudhabi and Dubai and mentioned include in the package was not available.

Rest all was fun, I would definitely reccomend this.

Not a bad experience, however, the staff didn't seem to know opening hours of the stops. They just guessed which caused problems when they were wrong. Yas Island stops way to infrequent. 1.5 hours is to long for most stops.
We bought a 2 day all inclusive pass, however, the girl at the Abu Dhabi Mall made it a 7 day ticket. This was helpful and a nice little touch as it was winter and not busy.
The bus was always on time.

Für Nachtfahren bei kühlen, windigen Wetter sollten ausschließlich Busse mit geschlossenem (Teil-) Verdeck eingesetzt werden.

The experience was ok and the recorded information excellent. Unfortunately the owners are still ripping the tourist off with the high price charged that does not reflect the cheap fuel and labour costs of the country visited. You can fly to various destinations for a great deal less.

It was a cool trip by bus. You can see lots of places in s short time! Thx big bus!!

Blue Tour with very few points of interest and too long. Long wait for the bus. Definitely not worth the money.
The red tour is more interesting but the ticket is too expensive for the service provided.

This is a great way to see the sites and learn what the city has to offer.
