Big Bear Trailers And Outdoor Arvostelua

One of the feet on my Thule roof bars seized, and inspite of extensive effort could not be fixed. I contacted a couple of local dealers who proved to be of zero use or interest in helping me
Searching I found Big Bear Trailers and Outdoor, called and spoke to Sean.
A great enthusiastic guy, whom understood my problem immediately, it wasn't easy as I had purchased the Thule roof bars 9 years oars ago from another dealer. This made no difference to Sean, and he had worked. For Big Bear for a number of years and although my roof bar feet were now obsolete, he reassured me that the new replacement feet would still fit my existing roof bars.
This was mostly negotiated on WhatsApp which is a great way to do business. The order was processed within minutes, and the order placed and paid for with no fuss.
The delivery was made today 08/10/2026, just 2 days. The cost of the delivery was very reasonable
My experience with Big Bear Trailers and Outdoor was first class, a very pleasant experience from the confidence that Sean knew what he was talking about, and made I think considerable effort to reassure me.
I highly recommend Big Bear and I will turn to them future needs in their field of work and experience.

Great service and communication from Sean from the beginning to end. He was able to answer questions and support us to make sure our trailer was delivered safely.

Would recommend to others.

I recently bought a trailer from Sean and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. He did a fantastic job from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the process and was always helpful and professional. The trailer was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m really happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend Big Bear trailers to anyone looking to buy a trailer. Thanks again for a great service!

We have just purchased an Debon C300 trailer from Sean at Big Bear Trailers. I have to say that the whole experience was very smooth and simple because of the knowledge and service from Sean and Luke.
From first viewing to driving away.
Sean took his time to explain everything, so we fully understood everything, then gave us his business card to call at anytime for advice.

I researched this trailer prior to purchase and all the prices were similar but the customer service from Sean stood out for me.

Great team at Big Bear, this is our second trailer purchase from them. Arrived, trailer ready to go like a new car from a dealership! Super smooth, professional. Great service

Great Service together with top quality product made my hire experience pretty well stress free. If you're looking to hire/acquire a trailer in the South East/East Midlands I'd look no further.

Friendly and very responsive, large selection and expert advise ensured we got the trailer we required for our camping needs. Thanks Sean, looking forward to our next camping adventure.

Thank you Big Bear Trailers.. this is our first trailer in a long time and we were interested in the design, Sean gave a very thorough demonstration on each of the Cheval Liberte trailers we thought might suit us for racing and opted for the Maxi 4.
It’s just been delivered all part of the package when buying these trailers and came with wheel and tow ball locks.
Overall very pleased with the service from start to delivery.
I highly recommend The Big Bear Trailer company for anyone looking to buy these type of trailers. Great service and communication.

Friendly, honest service with a delivery done on the day promised.

An extremely helpful team and it was a pleasure doing business with Ryan.

What a great company to deal with . Sean was amazing I would definitely recommend to anyone . I’m so pleased with my new horse trailer

Brilliant trailer dealer, really pleased with our new trailer. Very smooth and efficient purchasing process, Sean couldn't have been more helpful.

Absolutely BRILLIANT. Sean was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed me how to connect up the trailer and operate the ball and hitch locks. Nothing was too much trouble. He also helped to check the trailer lights which was really fantastic. The trailer was brand new, clean, spotless inside and had a spare wheel. If you are thinking of hiring a trailer then Big Bear Trailers is the place to get one from. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Sean.

I ordered a new horse trailer from Sean at Big Bear along with some extras to be fitted. I also part exchanged my existing trailer.

A truly fantastic trailer and exceptional customer service. I was kept informed throughout and handover was excellent. I'm sure Sean was busy but he took time to explain everything with no rushing.

To top it all off, Big Bear make a donation to a children's hospice for every trailer they sell.

I recommend Sean and Big Bear 100%

Great experience. Knowledgeable, helpful and professional. No hard sale.
Pick-up/handover experience was smooth and efficient.
Would highly recommend.

5* all the way.. Sean was incredibly helpful from start to finish and gave me an exceptional deal on a brand new Debon C400. Nothing was too much trouble and the hand over was extremely thorough.
Highly recommended if you are searching for any trailer at all from the smallest of cargo trailers behind the car to huge Debon and horse trailers. Brilliant.

Last week I called to arrange about viewing a trailer. It was going to be very first trailer so the plan was to go and view loads and decide. However after speaking to Sean on the phone, and he spent so long explaining everything. I paid the deposit that day and picked it up a week later. The handover was amazing and he took his time explaining everything. After care has been outstanding and answered all my questions. Today I took my horse out swimming in my new trailer and I couldn’t be happier. You now have a customer for life. Highly recommended. Thanks again Heidi and Cookie

I contacted Big Bear Trailers and spoke with Sean, who not only had a trailer available for hire but also took the time to advise me on the most suitable options based on my towing vehicle, the size of my family, and how I intended to use the trailer.

I came away feeling much more informed about my needs and confident in my future decisions. If I decide on a future trailer purchase, Big Bear Trailers will definitely be my first choice.
