My sister ordered a kettle for rakhi it came defective ... in 5 min we complained and they said not our problem call the company and tell them and take refund from them ... it is a head ache now .. customer care promises call back but does not call .... bad bad experience... I prefer Zepto and blinkit

Very much disappointed. I ordered amul cheese cubes packet which carries 8 cubes but there are only 6 it's literary cheating...

Extremely Poor and Unfair Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with BigBasket. They delivered a damaged/broken product, but when I contacted customer support, they simply pointed to their “non-returnable/non-exchangeable” policy and refused to take responsibility.
The biggest issue is that they are selling products with some discount to trap, that can arrive damaged/broken and then hiding behind a non-return/non-exchange policy. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, customers should have the right to receive a replacement or refund—regardless of such a policy.
This feels extremely unfair and is nothing less than exploiting customers. Taking payment for a product and then refusing to help when the product arrives damaged is unacceptable.
BigBasket needs to take responsibility for the condition of the products they deliver instead of using “non-returnable/non-exchangeable” as an excuse to deny genuine customer complaints.
Very poor customer support and a terrible consumer experience. I would not recommend BigBasket.

Hey this app now a days so disgusting I can't able to login showing that " your account does not exist / inactive please contact our customer care" so bad bad better is zepto and Instamart ..cheating

Bigbasket has ROBBED my Neuro Coins. The coins accumulated over several months have simply vanished and after repeated requests they have failed to resolve the issue. Tomorrow I will not be surprised if they Steal my money from BBWALLET.

I ordered 4 milk packets but only 3 came and today I ordered Wheat Flour but it never came,so if you order things from bigbasket some things will never miss most of the time.

One of the worst experience with such company bigbasket besides mentioned that one can use multiple address from one account they blocked my family account clearly mentioned on their site I prefer everyone not to use bigbasket

Bigbasket shows customers an estimated delivery time of 7 minutes but actually takes an hour to deliver. It is extremely difficult to get through to them on the phone, and even when you do manage to connect, they offer no solution—simply because they collect payment upfront, leaving the customer with no choice.

Very poor ...never on time ..a very poor customer support...a stupid website n the product they delivered really unhealthy..if possible I can show you the burger bun or bread but I won't be able to attach the photos ..stale bun n bread bun covered by fungus ..staling n smelly..really shameful

I am extremely disappointed with the service. My order was delayed by more than 1 hour, and there was no proper update. Every time I contacted customer support, they kept asking me to stay on hold and gave the same excuse that no rider was available. This is not acceptable.

If you cannot deliver on time, you should not promise such delivery slots. Customers waste their time waiting while getting no clear information or resolution. The support team was not helpful at all and only repeated the same response instead of solving the issue.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service. I hope BigBasket improves its delivery management and customer support so other customers do not face the same inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Worst app…. They delivered rotten fruits and also don't exchange them. I have requested for refund but they just ignore my message

The website when set to pay, hides our order. When order was passed i discovered that the webpage modified that order. One item which was ₹28/- qty 2 was requested, was replaced by only one item of a lower quality one at > ₹40/-. I remember very well, that item was not ₹40/- but ₹20/- before order was passed. Bigbasket never answered my complaints.

My issue wasn't resolved. The agent Sahana she was the terrible agent I ever met, she just sent the repeated script again and again and she didn't see my text. U guys are sending the used product and disable the return option and using worst customer support I lose around 1609 with ur company, u guys are scammers

Third class customer support. They do not know how how to chat and also do not understand English . Just have perhas for copy and paste weather that is related to the concern or not

Bigbasket is the worst of all online delivery apps and it is cancelling orders automatically without informing to the customer and it will refund to wallet itself and if we ask to refund to source account they are doing drama and it is not received in my account don't order anything from it

They deliver expired products I have images just coz these are pet foods and when I tried to cancel the order the issues mentioned is like you are only defaulter and you can't pay them that's why you want to cancel it.if you are complaining or wrighting a review for the same they block your I'd even if you have a bb balance so don't put any amount there non trustable platform they have already blocked my ID's for the same also must check products when you receive before paying them. There is no customer support.so disappointed ☹️😞
