Shocking place.musky smell in room.hot tap has been disconnected in bathroom,so bath not possible.entrance to shower cubicle is to narrow for me to enter,no shower for me to use either.there is a rattling in the pipes through the night that sounds like someone is using a hammer drill in next room.deeply disappointed in stay here

We are currently staying at this property, we booked in on the 23rd of December late afternoon, on arrival the property looks lovely, but when time came to go to bed we discovered how discustingly filthy all bedrooms were, the mattresses, quilts, duvets etc are stained, damp & stink, mould growing on under sheets….. old rubbish left under beds, a rusty razor under the bath, shower room ceiling is falling down 😳, the sofas and cushions are filthy, dining room chairs are fit for the skip? The property is discusting and hasn’t been cleaned or decorated for years.
My family are all leaving today one day early, I’m having g to stay back to try to discuss with the owners as the they just hang up when you try to call.
My young niece has burnt her hand on the hot tap as I I is plumbed in the wrong way round and any hot cold markings on the taps has completely worn away
Anyone looking to book this property please avoid as it is not fit for purpose it’s DISGUSTING.

WE ARE BOOKED FOR THE XMAS PERIOD AND OUR XMAS HAS BEEN RUINED!!!
IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD - MOULD IN THE BED WHERE MY BABIES WERE SLEEPING, USED RAZORS LEFT IN THE BATHROOMS, THICK DUST EVERYWHERE. OUR CHILD BURNT HER HAND BECAUSE THE TAPS ARE ROUND THE WRONG WAY! OWNERS ARE NOT ACCOMMODATING AND HAVE TOLD US IF WE ARE NOT HAPPY TO SIMPLY LEAVE. ITS A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD !! NO APPLIANCES WORK CORRECTLY, FURNITURE IS FILTHY. COBWEBS EVERYWHERE. PREVIOUS GUESTS CLOTHES UNDER BED!
WE ARE LEAVING EARLY AS WE CANT BARE THE CONDITIONS!

All fine except we wanted me to be the lead booker and pay on my Mother's credit card. This did not seem to be possible.
Not a problem as I paid on mine and we will settle up.

I called the booking office and had many questions - but Megan, the lady that answered the phone, was an angel in disguise and answered all of them - and gave even more advice - all of that very helpful. Absolutely wonderful!
