Worked for Bidvest Noonan for just over a month after being TUPE’d over by Amberstone Security because they were outbid on a contract.
I was a site supervisor over 2 distribution buildings overrated by a Blue Chip client.
From day 1, Bidvest Noonan changed everything about the contract, including wages.
I moved to another site to get away from Sharon Kane and Darren Martin, the contract managers.
Went to the Whitewater shopping centre and my wages were reduced again by Stephen Devlin. Stephen hadn’t got the balls to contact me himself so he got someone else to do it.
Bidvest Noonan are a terrible company to work for

Finally I am going to resign
Finally I am going to resign. Last step, they are very nasty at meeting. Not fair from other site I'm doing so well, end up can't go to work. Stay away from Darren Hartfield. He was still asking about key or fob infor. He never done it at start. I got blaming at it many time. To asking me to return. Stay away from him. He is nasty to employee. Very! Other 1 is ok. Very quiet. Why checking someone who put time off time gate last day for. He did it. He is mentally. He never came on work place to meet us employee. He is very bad. I will not come back again. Why not he came over to work place instead of email or checking infor on his phone everyday!

Stay away from this boss.
I like some work place. It's translink stsy away from Mervyn. I left it just to avoid him. He keep tracing to girl at work. Stay away. Other boss is ok and I do get paid ok fortnight. I got to move from job just to avoid someone who is talking rubbish stuff to people and annoying to people in work. He holding everyone back from their own job. Oh dear. He also meet me outside office building. So strange I should have call police for him. I acted too slow at this. He is worse manger ever!!! He keep meeting me up in work but he doesnt work there. Is every week thing. He is a boss not a cleaner to do cleaning job. Other 1 is very nice and ok to get on with. I love staff in translink and do get on well with. So regret I left that place. He touches my hand 1st day and meet me outside office. Shouldn't be had happened as we are not friend. Never want to be his friend. No way!! I felt he is a dick.
