No stars. Awful customer service. Don’t pay you correctly. Can’t get in contact with anyone to resolve it. Worst company I’ve ever worked for.

Absolutely disgusted with this company a female named Margelou was my "recruiter" and I applied for a role at Cineworld Silverburn gave over my right to work documents, done an induction call and had an induction to my site tomorrow at 7am! Until today at around 5pm I was told the vacancy was filled even though on their OptimiseFlex app it says I'm employed by them and given a pin for the main site at Cineworld! Absolutely disgusted

There is no communication at all unless its at 2am in the morning when the USA pick up your app notes (if they do at all) they pay is never ever correct! The HR never take any responsibility for what happens and even go as far as acussing you of making mistakes or the most frustrating one they ask if you understand properly!!! Yes I do I understand you don't like to pay!!

This company does not comply with its own regulations as and when you’d like to inform them of absences or sick days you simply cannot take any days off nor can you speak with any direct from the company to which the area supervisors are just as bad as and when you leave them any messages they simply do not contact you back I sincerely urge anyone working for this company do not at all work for them their pay rates are ridiculous they entice you with high rates but simply can’t even make payments to the portal app via pay-wise for the same day or the next day if you work 3 hours at 12.71 your getting £10-15 for the days you work at the end of the month if you don’t withdraw through the month you’ll come out with £92. And some change it’s not worth the hassle please avoid this company they are lucky and the individuals who work there your business will be noted across the uk that your bad for business

I have a friend who worked for this firm for 6 weeks. They let him go after 6 weeks. Only paid him under £200. Been chasing payment for 1 month but honestly there isn't much response and process was followed raising a ticket with department with payment hrs missing for over a month. Its disgusting and unsure what staff do working in hr/payroll. Nobody cares and company deserves to be shut down or more or professional staff.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated these past 3 weeks, on the lead up to starting a new job with SBFM. I had a phone interview, they chose me after looking at my CV. I was offered the job position over the phone, this was on the 18th May . I did everything that was asked of me, promptly , especially as they advised me it was an immediate start , which is what I needed. I turned down another job due to hours not being enough. Thinking that this was the better option . It definitely wasn’t , my time has been wasted with waiting for a date for an induction visit ….
They even sent me an email to fill out a health questionnaire, I was honest about my health conditions, i don’t hide this , I’ve lived with it for many many years and managed my work and business as best I can . I emailed them several times and rang them with no response . Until today where I was told the job was given to someone internally. I had a gut feeling there was something wrong and I was right . The lady on the phone had the audacity to say we can find you another job on another site .
I can’t believe how such a big company can be so unprofessional. I do think there was discrimination about health conditions aswell. How can you be so happy to offer me the job then when I disclose my health conditions , the job has gone . The worst thing is they sent me an email stating ‘ welcome to the team’ after they knew about my conditions. Safe to say I will stay away this company. It’s a lucky escape !!!!

This company is a nightmare with penchant for stealing workers' money. They book their workers on shifts only to get them off it without informing them. They book more than one person on same shift and one ends up getting disappointed. They book you on a shift and subtly book you off it making it difficult for you to get paid for that shift even though you have completed the work. They created a back up booking off incase you experience difficulty booking off the Timegate when you've completed a work, but once you use the back up book off in their flex app, rather than help you seal your completed work as it is functionally designed to, they completely remove that shift from your diary like it never existed so you don't get paid for it.

They book you on a shift only for you to get to the place you're to work and you find out the duty did not exist because it has been removed from your diary and assigned to someone else.

In the end, they short pay you by almost half of your total earning and create a fakeslip for you contrary to what they actually paid you. This is a terrible place to work as it threatens your mental health. All they care about is you getting the job done while they look for ways to rob you off your hard end money.

Like my job but it's a shit company to work for no back up when someone leaves you have to do all jobs on your own with no extra time. Have been with out a hover for four weeks now. No one answers emails . Don't apply.

Unbelievable people to work for. They have underpaid me for four months, no engagement, no adherence to the law. Please consider working somewhere else, they will mistreat you and bully you, until your only recourse is employment tribunal. Go and look up their history at tribunal, speaks for itself; sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and more unpaid wages than a gulag.

Do not work for these,my friend has a learning disability,he has worked from January 15 hours per week,4 days a week,they have just payed him £24 since then,they don't answer calls or respond to emails

I got a job offer from this company and the reviews I've read so far are scary and dismissive. Guys, should I go for it?

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. I worked for them twice and twice I was dismissed unfairly. The first time was because I had a mental breakdown and instead of supporting me they just got rid of me like a bit of dirt on their shoe. This time, the second time, they have dismissed me not even a week in to the job, giving me barely any time to get used to the job because tasks weren’t completed. They can’t communicate with people to save their lives, no one can agree what hours were meant to be doing so it’s very confusing and frustrating all the time trying to do right by the company, my colleagues and my manager. They don’t have any respect or value for their employees whatsoever and I refuse to have anything to do with the company ever again. The only benefits this time around is the fact my work place was close to home and the people I was working with. If you value your sanity AT ALL, DO NOT work them.

Awful company to work for management don’t have clue, are rude and disrespectful, unappreciative also don’t let you have/pay holidays even when already approved them months ago, so quick to save themselves money weather it buy sh*t products to use or take money off you for clocking off 1 minute early even when was only 5p it’s ridiculous management don’t even respond to you half the time.
Avoid the company at all costs

Anyone thinking of working for these clowns then I strongly recommend to rethink.
Breach of contract
Zero management skills
Don’t allow pre booked holiday.
Highly rude and lie pretending AI did it.

And that’s just for starters.

Currently looking for another job so I can leave this one.

Racists, today you must do that, tomorrow you did it wrong, don't use detergents use just wet cloth, supervisor smelling like alcohol and marijuana, pay in minimum wage and you must beg for your money, to get paid, I must wait 90 days to get paid, how I will survive, don't go work for them, at least at Newark Castle House, security guys and manager will mop the floors with your brain while they play games on phones, smelling like alcohol and marijuana, don't go, low pay, no training, mean people, not the council people, they are great but the company and security, that has nothing to do with your cleaning job are awful, mean, you can see the hate in their eyes, racists, low pay, not answering to emails, trying to pay as less and as late as possible, no training at all, just complains about your activity, even if council employees very happy, some even invited me to clean theyr house, alcohol and marijuana smell un cupboards, stay away from Castle House Council job, you will get crazy,felt worst ever job, they mop the floors with my brain. Bad and worst experience even if I did my best, without any training, as a cleaner I observe what need attention, but when someone come and throw bits of paper and small bits of food after I vacuum, it drives me crazy. Don't go work for Newark council, maybe the company is ok, I doubt that, but don't go to Newark council as cleaner, if you want more details contact me 07459107577
