easy to ask questions and get answers straight away

Firstly, put on hold for what felt like an eternity. Then to be told that in order to change my reg on my policy was going to cost just shy of £50!!! Absolutely scandalous and nothing but daylight robbery. I called in April about this and it was only £25 so the fact that it's now almost doubled says a lot. Not a chance I'll be renewing.

Adam was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with getting a quote. He took the time to find me the best price, and I really appreciate his excellent service.
