Jack was really helpful but why oh why can’t you give me the best price right from the start instead of making me look else where then you match the price. As my insurance broker I’d expect you to find me the best deal out there.

I had great service from Spencer Andrews when renewing my driving school insurance - no complaints whatsoever!

I spoke with Spencer Andrew's today regarding my renewal. He was extremely helpful and efficient in finding me quotes. He explained everything well and I went on to renew my policy with BG insurance. A really good company with helpful advisors.

I was very impressed with the customer service offered by BG Insurance and Lucy, in particular.

Having attempted to arrange cover for my impending new car on Friday, BG had called me on Tuesday (Monday being a bank holiday). That itself was a welcome surprise as it hadn't been arranged.

Lucy then handled the non-standard enquiry in a professional and friendly manner. The new car has yet to be registered, so there was more work to do than normal. However, she managed to arrange the new policy, without it costing me too much to change - and all before 8:45am.

Thank you for your help and I would recommend BG Insurance to anyone and in particular, driving instructors.
