Scam! You won't get what you see, and ordered and there's no way to get your refund and justice.

I ordered 4 shirts from this company. 3 were what I ordered. One was not. I contacted them within their 15 day return policy for a full refund. They dragged me out past the 15 days and only offered me 1/3 of the price of the shirt as compensation (after countless emails back and forth saying that’s “all they could do”). Please do not order from this company as they will not honor their own policy. Wish I could give them 0 stars and report them to the BBB, but they are a foreign entity even though they claim to be from the US (the English they used in their emails should have been a dead giveaway offering USD$10 for a $30 shirt.

Not based in Philadelphia USA, based in China and just use a web server in the USA. I didn't receive anything at all.
I contacted customer services and was offered USD$8 in compensation. I said I wanted a full refund so they upped the offer to USD$11. Totally unacceptable. I eventually secured a full refund via "PayPal" some 4 months after placing my order for items that never arrived.

All lies. Told me made in USA and ships from US. I paid for Express air on March 13. It’s been a month. Still no merchandise!

The website is ALL lies.. You WILL NOT get what you think. The material is very cheap looking. It’s like costume material at best. I am very uncomfortable with ordering clothes online and it’s because of crap like I received. Wasted time and money. Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and don’t order anything from this place. It’s so bad, it’s almost laughable. BIG SCAM!!

If I could give zero stars to Bettycloths, I absolutely would. My experience with this company has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing I’ve ever had as an online customer. What was supposed to be a simple order turned into weeks of wasted time, endless emails, and complete disregard for basic customer service.

I placed an order and waited more than a month for it to arrive. When the package finally showed up, only one of the two items was correct. The second one — the Men’s Retro Stitched Knitted Waffle Three-Dimensional Fabric Zipper Long Sleeve — was completely wrong. I immediately contacted their support team, attaching clear photos to prove the mistake and politely asking how they intended to fix it. Their first reply was absurd: they claimed that the product I received was correct and offered me a so-called “compensation” of $8.

Naturally, I refused. I explained again, with photos and order details, that the item was not the one I ordered and asked for either the correct product or a full refund. Instead of solving the problem, they asked me to send the same photos again — this time specifying that they wanted them in JPG format, under 1MB, along with the waybill and the SKU QR code. I complied, even though I had already sent everything they needed. Weeks went by, and every response I received was either evasive or contradictory.

At one point, they admitted that the wrong product had been sent because of a “system problem” — yet they also claimed they could not send a replacement because the correct item was “out of stock.” That was another lie, because I checked their own website, where the product was clearly available for purchase. When I pointed that out, they simply ignored it. Instead, they kept increasing their ridiculous “compensation”: first $8, then $10, and finally $12 — without even clarifying what currency they were referring to. To make matters worse, they suggested that if I wasn’t happy, I could return the product to their warehouse in China at my own expense.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The error was entirely theirs, yet they tried to minimize it, deny responsibility, and shift the burden to the customer. Their so-called “customer service” is nothing more than a series of automated, copy-paste responses that show zero willingness to actually resolve a problem. Their communication is chaotic, coming from multiple email addresses, often with broken English and vague promises that lead nowhere.

I’ve spent far too much time trying to get a fair solution for something that should have been simple. The level of unprofessionalism I’ve encountered is shocking. Offering $8 or $10 for an incorrect item worth over €35 is an insult, not compensation. The way they handle complaints shows a total lack of respect for customers.

To anyone considering ordering from Bettycloths: don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the disappointment. Their website may look appealing, but behind it lies an unreliable, untrustworthy operation that refuses to take responsibility for its mistakes. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this review to stay far away.

These guys are nothing but a scam. Don't throw away your money on this C grade polyester fabric crap. I wish someone would shut these guys down. I didn't receive anything remotely close to what I ordered. Many others have said exactly what i've been thinking. Calling the BBB on this company.

I ordered on 04-30-2025 and it has never been delivered. The support e-mail just replies a standard answer.

Poor quality, non existent customer service.

They fraudulently charged $25.45 in “sales tax” which wasn’t on the original invoice. Not to mention the sales tax rate is 6.5% for my state and they charged 3x that amount! I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Now I’m regretting my entire purchase after reading all the bad reviews for this company. SHAME ON BETTYCLOTHS!

Trash garmet that looks nothing like what was pictured on their website. It took nearly a month to come in also lol. This shirt isn’t cotton and has a weird sublimation that the dollar store probably wouldn’t even sell. Trash product and it doesn’t even fit well.

Pictures online and material look completely different than what it shows up. Disappointed in the shorts. Cheaply made and not described well. Won’t buy again!

Quality is horrible! The pictures do not match with real products!
All time to receive. I tried to return it but impossible!
Same product available in other stores at 80% less.

Order #584753 on 15/04/2025. Today (14/05/2025) I received my order and none of the four items was what I ordered.

Wow, they got me.. Bought based off of their advertisement on Instagram. The two shirts that I bought are both horrible horrible quality black knit shirts. They’re not even close to the color or style advertised. It took over a month to actually receive the two shirts I bought. I realized something was wrong when the shipping notification for each shirt were different European countries, the progresses to Portland.. which is on the US West coast, so that didn’t add up. I checked reviews and saw that many other people have been scammed by this organization.

Do not buy from this company. First, it takes more than a month to receive anything. When you do, you will find that the quality is horrible and the items look nothing like the advertisements. When you try to return them, they refuse to share the return address.

I received this after about three weeks of waiting but the wait paid off since the design is adorable and colors looked as vibrant as advertised.

Appalling quality, cheap fabric and manufacturing. Pictures on website are misleading to the point of fraudulent. Refused to refund when challenged with pictures of faulty goods.

FRAUD AND SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. As soon as I ordered my t-shirt and paid with PayPal, all of my cards associated with PayPal were hacked and money was taken from all of them. They sent a tracking number and last updated in February. The start address was in Ireland. It's now March and I still don't have my shirt and nothing has been updated in the tracking page. When I email their support email the email comes right back to my inbox. No one ever responds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
