James was excellent. He explained my options very well and gave me time to think about them. He went through the questions diligently. It was a long but good experience.

Spoke to Harvey. Great customer service. Didn't feel pressured to buy any add ons. Call did take a long time which is expected and he stayed positive when I kept changing my mind. Definitely 10/10

James Tucker was amazing with my life…

James Tucker was amazing with my life insurance renewal, he took his time to explain everything clearly to me, he give options to suit my budget and was very polite and friendly with a great sense of humour, making me feel at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to renew.
