Received the order with 3 amazing things, 2 fit perfectly, very good quality. 1 was not my size and the team offered a solution very quickly to change.

Great costumer service
When i purchase it work plan on sale it wasn’t clear that it was an automatic renewal. I contacted the customer service and they were very friendly and efficient in resolving the issue refunding me in a completely correct manner.

Non ho apprezzato l’app per i piani alimentari troppo complessi da seguire. Avevo comprato un piano di un mese in offerta a 4€ circa, non mi è stato mandata una notifica di rinnovo giorni prima (cosa che di solito succede con Apple store) e mi sono stati addebitati 23,91€ allo scadere della prova. Il servizio clienti è stato puntuale e gentile, ma ho dovuto insistere molto per ottenere un rimborso, il quale non è previsto in nessun caso eccetto nel caso in cui non si fosse soddisfatti del piano e si possa dimostrare di aver utilizzato l’app ogni giorno per un mese. Sinceramente non la consiglio, ma ringrazio il servizio clienti che mi ha aiutata con molta gentilezza e attenzione.

L'entreprise fait une offre de bienvenue puis prélève sans avertir au montant soi disant réel. Je viens d'être prélevé de 170€ sans possibilité d'annulation. Les conditions de paiement ne sont pas disponible sur l'application, il faut se connecter sur le site internet. SURTOUT ne souscrivez pas et ne rentrez pas vos coordonnées bancaires.

Nagyon elégedett vagyok az applikációval és a kapcsolattartókkal is☺️ minden kérdésemre nagyon gyorsan (1-2 oran belül válaszoltak). A letöltött programot egészségügyi okok miatt nem tudtam folytatni (10 napig használtam), de kérésemre elérhetővé tették mégis, annak ellenére, hogy lejárt a három hónapos időtartama. Mégegyszer: minden elismerésem és nagyon szépen köszönöm ☺️

Abonnement abusif
J'ai fait un achat de 4 semaines en cours d'essai et je me retrouve débitée de 89,72 après ces 4 semaines avec un abonnement de 12 semaines que je n'ai pas souscrit.
C'est un abonnement abusif
J'ai demandé un remboursement qui m'a été refusé.
On m'a avancé les conditions générales de vente et pour autant, il n'était pas précisé qu'il fallait annuler avant la fin de la période d'essai pour ne pas repartir sur un abonnement bien plus cher.
Je suis dégoutée car j'ai clairement été bernée.
Donc attention avant de rentrer vos coordonnées de carte bancaire
