I never received the email to access my account to get the classes.

I find the Better5 courses easy to follow and very helpful. In addition to those I have paid for I have received access to some great free content too!

Hello....due to a health problem, I haven't started the chair pilate program yet and can't give a review at this time accordingly. I plan to resume after forthcomimg leg surgery. Thank you.

I find the classes easy to follow and enjoyable. I like the pace of the classes and the progression. I have been able to identify issues that need further work-ie balance issues. The price is great as well. I am glad I signed up.

These were not what I thought they would be. Very disappointed. I think your classes should be classified as senior or non senior. Was unable to do the exercises! Will not be purchasing additional classes.

63, 78, and 84 are the ages of my mom, my aunt and myself. We have repeated the 2 chair pilates classes for 30 days now, and all 3 of us are loving the benefits! We have less aches and pains, more energy, and the pinched nerve in my hip is completely gone! I highly recommend these classes, no matter what your age. Can't wait for chair pilates #3!

Great program, have repeated it a few times already and have noticed my body shape improving. Have recommended it to many friends who love it, too.

Very happy with the classes like chair pilates, chair yoga, chair cardio and cardio for weight loss. If you are a senior and looking to start an exercise regime at home, this is a good starting place.

Still awaiting log-in info. So far very poor service. Update: Took more than 24-hours but finally received response. Hope they edit website text to indicate it may take more than 15 minutes to receive log-in.

Great little course - exercise sessions are just long enough and increasing in their intensity. Will be doing these over and over.... on to Chair Pilates now. Thanks you Stephanie!

Still waiting for an answer to an email send a month ago about why I can not get into the program. The program may be good but customer service for this is terrible. They did take my money right away.

The movements built up gradually over the 7 lessons so always felt do-able, even for someone as stiff as me! Great that you can repeat a day until you feel ready to progress. The exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated with adaptations. I can honestly see a marked improvement in my posture. This course has reduced the pain caused by many years of poor posture and it has allowed me to be more active again. Thank you.

the program for leg strengthing is helping quite a bit and I also like the foot one too as I have arthrits in my joints.

Excellent. Seems easy but works.

Very helpful. My back is much less stiff and sore than a week ago. I will be repeating this course as needed.

This is an excellent program for people of any age who needs to get going doing exercise or is older and need to be more conservative in what they attempt.
