I placed an order for a box of 10…

I placed an order for a box of 10 vapes…8 days later after paying for next day delivery nothing has arrived, I've emailed them 3 times for an update or a refund and they completely ignore me and do not respond so I will be contacting my bank to start the refund process.
AVOID!!

I have not received my order and it has now been 10 days. They initially contacted me when I emailed them about this and said they would sort it and refund my postage. I have not heard from them since. I don’t think the item is in stock so they should be offering me a refund. Hopefully they will

My product has not arrived

My product has not arrived. I received a call saying the flavour I chose is out of stock they offered me an alternative vape I requested the same make I ordered but in a Black-current cotton candy flavour. However nothing arrived and I have been charged.

Order for a vape ( white peach razz,)

Am waiting for delivery of a vape.. I ordered and have been waiting OVER 2 WEEKS NOW....FOR DELIVERY...SINCE HAD BEEN SAYING DESPATCHED ON 29TH OF APRIL 2024.....AND HAD 'PREVIOUSLY ' ORDERED THE SATURDAY B4....27/04/24.....SO AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH DELIVERY SERVICE.....AND PAID £12.98 £9.99 FOR VAPE....AND EXTRA £2.99.. FOR DELIVERY SEEVICE.. AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING?!....🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😡😡😠....AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL....miss s fairlamb
