Best Car Buyer Arvostelua

James Taylor was absolutely amazing throughout the sale process of my car. So much better experience compared to selling on an auction site where they will try and knock you down on the price. There was none of this! and got the full price they offered! I will definitely be using them again !

The complete selling experience from initial payment to the collection of my car was excellent. The Sales Executive, James Taylor, gave exemplary service, handling several questions on multiple calls. The offer made was fair and honest. When it came to collection, a few brief checks were made, a call was placed back to the purchase team and the money appeared in my account 20 minutes later! No quibbles or queries. What is more, an email from DVLA confirming the transfer was received even before the money hit my account!

Used Best Car Buyer to sell my ID3. Got the highest offer compared to other regular sites (Motorway, WeBuyAnycar, etc.) James Taylor was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Payment was done prompty and got paid the same amount I was offered. Very much recommend!

I recently sold a car with Best Car Buyer using their collection route (rather than drop off at one of their locations). The whole process was incredibly easy and efficient.
I dealt with Lauren initially who took details of the car, any damage, etc. (important to be honest here) and then provided a 'guaranteed' offer that was as good as any 'initial' offer we'd had from elsewhere before they then start knocking the offer down.
Once I'd accepted the offer, pick up was arranged via Sean for the following day (it could have been the same day if I'd wanted it quicker).
For the pick up, the car was checked over by Laurence and once agreed that all was as described over the phone, the guaranteed offer was confirmed and payments made to both the car finance company and the balance to me within 20 minutes or so. Once we received the details of the payment transactions and DVLA email confirming change of ownership we gave Laurence the thumbs up and off he went - he doesn't leave with the car until all is in place and we were happy for him to go.
Payment to us was pretty instant - 20 minutes or so, but it does take 24-48 hours for the finance company to confirm receipt. The car was sold on a Friday so the finance company couldn't confirm the payment had been received until the Monday which stressed my wife out a bit but all was fine and really couldn't have gone any smoother.
Thanks to Lauren, Sean and Laurence for making what can be a stressful experience a pretty pleasant one. I can't recommend them highly enough. A 5* service!

100% great company to deal with. Car collector was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Best experience ever and best price given. Will deal again

Great service, never felt that they were trying to knock me down on price. Had tried to sell at another well known buying service and you just can’t compare the two. Would recommend and not hesitate to use again.

Fantastic company to deal with, nothing was a issue at all, I dealt with Ian and he was always on hand to answer any questions I had, fast turnaround and collection of vehicle

A really smooth process from start to finish with the help from Ian he was good at communicating and was happy to help with anything. A fair price was offered which was close to the one that I received online which didn’t happen when I went else where. I am happy with the service and would use it again if needed

It was a seamless and simple process. They gave me a guaranteed offer before seeing the car in person and they stuck to their word. There was no hassle nor any negotiating when they came to see the car. They were quick in paying and professional in their dealings with me.

Great experience selling my car. The process was quick, straightforward, and transparent from start to finish. I received exactly the amount I was originally quoted, unlike other companies that reduce the price after seeing the car. Communication was clear, payment was prompt, and Lauren Fleetwood was very helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Charlie was great and the whole transaction was easy. They were great at the drop off too. Top marks.

Had a great experience with best car buyer. The process was straightforward facilitated by Ian High and the price I got for my car was fair. This is the second time I’ve used them and would use them again.

The whole process of selling my car was made quick and easy. Ian was very helpful, genuine and quick to respond to my queries.

Amazing service and communication throughout. Was given the best price for my car and got it sold within a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Ian was great and made the process of selling my car so easy.

Absolute breeze. Price as expected when you are honest about vehicle condition.

Ian was a great help - can’t thank him enough! Highly recommended

I recently visited the Sutton Fields branch in Hull and met with Ian High. He inspected my car and gave an evaluation that closely matched the one I had already received. Ian immediately put me at ease. He came across as genuine and trustworthy, unlike many salespeople who seem intent on finding faults to lower the price. His cheerful and courteous manner made the whole process pleasant.

Ian provided clear guidance both verbally and by email, which I appreciated as it made everything move quickly and efficiently. After completing the required steps, the transfer was handled seamlessly on the agreed day. Ian processed the transaction with impressive efficiency, and the funds were in my bank account within an hour.

A big thank you to Best Car Buyer and Ian for such a smooth experience and outstanding customer service.
