I am pleased with the installation process for the program I purchased. Though it was extensive, we were able to receive all the programs and it was a big program. The person I worked with is very knowaledable in what he was doing and was able to direct and resolve problems that came up on my computer very efficiently. Well done and a great job.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. Prior to purchasing I asked a lot of questions on chat and every one of them was answered professionally. I went ahead with the purchase and customer service contacted me and opened a remote session. The tech uninstalled the old version, installed the new version, and everything went great. I am very pleased with my purchase. I also had a problem with another program that I have been trying to resolve but nobody could help me. There was no answer on any tech support boards. The tech from Bestbuy Softwarres took a couple of minutes and knew where to go in the registry editor to fix it and solved the problem that I have had for a long time. He didn't even charge me for that extra. I would absolutely do business with this company again.

Support had to help me activate the license. The IT guy was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was doing everything correctly but the RUN.cmd file would not execute. He finally got it to run and activate my license. I really appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

Just got the AutoCAD Inventor software…
Just got the AutoCAD Inventor software loaded with the aid of a remote tech. The process takes a while, but it was made painless on my side. I most definitely recommend this site for your software needs.
